Abstract: Wireless sensor networks are widely applied in various applications. But due to the resource-constrained sensor nodes and the malicious attacks, the traditional key management schemes are not suitable for the network. Contraposing the particularities, many relevant key management schemes are developed for WSNs the network. Based on the framework of WSNs, existing schemes can be classified into two categories: flat distributed architecture and hierarchical architecture. In this paper, a hybrid key management scheme for wireless sensor network is proposed by combining the distributed architecture and the hierarchical architecture. Based on the modified version of Dus matrix construction, this scheme can apply in WSNs with the network topology changes. Compared with existing key management schemes, this scheme can provide sufficient security, nicer key connectivity and low key storage overhead.

Abstract: A Homotopic BI neural network model is developed by combining the homotopy theory and the BI neural network model, to improve the defects of the steepest gradient descent algorithm itself, such as low speed converging and liable to be trapped in local minimum. The end-point carbon content and temperature of molten steel in BOF smelting process is predicted by the proposed model and the original. Result shows that the precision of new model is improved significantly. The hit rates are increased by about 5% and 10%, and the forecasting residuals have decreased 16.31% and 8.67% than the conventional ones, respectively. Also, the calculation time of the new model is 10% shorter than BI model.

Abstract: A set of paper defect extraction IP core based on FPGA is introduced in this paper. Relying on FPGA powerful data processing capabilities and parallel architecture, the paper image acquisition, pre-processing and defect extraction function were achieved in an IP core. The IP core has been testing and running in some paper defect detection and recognition systems. As a result the system was stable and reliable which could ensure to achieve a paper defect extraction function. And it contributes to the design of paper defect detection and recognition system.

Abstract: An optimization algorithm of phase angle calculation based on FPGA implementation is mainly described in this paper .From two arctangent function calculation algorithms analysis, we combine the strengths of them, and propose a optimized algorithm of phase angle calculation. The theoretical analysis and hardware validation shows that the algorithm has good performances such as high accuracy, good real-time performance, less resource consumption. At the same time, this algorithm can be comprehensive, and can be considered as an IP core to realize the high-speed, parallel calculation of transcendental function.

Abstract: For multi-target tracking system, aiming at solving the problem of low precision of state estimation caused by the data correlation ambiguity, the paper presents a novel multi-sensor multi-target adaptive tracking algorithm based on fuzzy clustering theory. Based on the joint probability data association algorithm, the new approach takes account of the case that whether the measure is validated and its possibility of belong to false alarm, and improves the correlation criterion of effective measurement with existing track on the basis of fuzzy clustering theory, which all perfect the update equation of target state estimation and the covariance. Meanwhile, with the adaptive distributed fusion processing structure, it enhance the robustness of the system and without prejudice to the real-time tracking. With the simulation case studies of radar/infrared sensor fusion multi-target tracking system, it verifies the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: Web 2.0 is the popular term used to describe a variety of advanced internet technologies and applications, which realizes the inventing and sharing of the information online. The current work classes the types of Web 2.0 technologies and discusses that what type of Web 2.0 technologies are used in such university libraries as well as their characteristics. The results will help us to explore the development trends in the application of Web 2.0 technologies in the university libraries around the world.

Abstract: The key step for gesture recognition is hand gesture segmentation. A new dynamic thresholding segmentation approach named Adaptive Threshold Segmentation Algorithm (ATSA) was developed. The segmentation effect evaluation was conducted based on the construction of a new color space model of skin model. The images of hand gesture were processed by using the proposed ATSA and the Fixed Threshold Segmentation (FTS) algorithm. Comparing with FTS, the ATSA is experimentally demonstrated that the segmented result has a less brightness impact, a lower redundancy rate, a lower rate of false alarm and missing, and a higher integrity rate.

Abstract: For the construction of large-scale surface features 3D point model, a large number of point cloud data processing calculations is needed. Previous model construction calculation was treated non-parallel manner successively and mostly with one by one point cloud. This data processing method is complex, low efficiency and requires vast computing resource. Accordance with the BSP parallel computing ideas, we design a point cloud data modeling algorithm based on BSP and build a Hama parallel computing cluster consisted of ordinary PCs. The results indicate that, large-scale 3D point model BSP construction algorithm can improve the efficiency of modeling calculations and reduce computing resources requirements for processing construction computing.

Abstract: Application based on GoogleMap API is one of the most frequently usage of Android. Compared with normal android development, the processes and tools of map development are all different. The development environment construction is detailed in the paper. And the detail development processes of GoogleMap application are proposed by a simple case. The process of applying a GoogleMap API key is introduced and the key problems in the above process are emphasized. The paper is a good example of map application development in android platform.
