Abstract: By adopting chemical coagulation + efficient sedimentation tank + hydrolysis acidification composite reactor + biological contact oxidation tank + Biological Aerated Filter + adsorption filter integrated processing design, the wastewater from ink production and printing ink application has been treated here. The testing results shown that the effects of the integration treatment process on Ink Wastewater of 500 tons per day are reasonable. The cost of the process is not more than 1.8 Yuan/t, and it can be a better integrated process.

Abstract: The production of mesothermal coal tar dutrey oil cetane number is low grade, heavy fraction is too much, and will affect the use of the product range. Generally only used as a boiler fuel, not as a diesel engine fuel. By adding a cetane number of Heavy Dutrex by join cetane additive, can increase the cetane number of Heavy Dutrex oil and accelerate the burning rate of Heavy Dutrex, improve thermal efficiency and emissions of combustion quality, the use of diesel engines to meet the needs.

Abstract: Perylene Bisimides Derivatives (PBIs) are typical semiconductor materials. The electronic structures of PBIs were successfully investigated by density functions theory (DFT). The computational results were in the good accordance with the experimental UV-vis spectra. Additionally, the electronic structure and the variational UV-vis absorption spectra of PBIs were explained.

Abstract: In the modern manufacturing the 3D printing technology is the largest reform. The Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) occupies a special place in a hierarchical manufacturing technology. In the SLS process the shrinkage brought the ports size decreased and caused the warp. The fabrication parameters in SLS process played a major influence on the molding accuracy. With the sintering process of Polypropylene composite powder, the fabrication parameters were investigated. Through the gray relational analysis to manipulate the test date about the warp and molding accuracy, we could determine the impact of the most important factors molding accuracy. The result showed that about the warp and molding accuracy the most important parameter was the scan speed, followed by laser power.

Abstract: Under laboratory conditions, the absorption law of three kinds of nutrients by three species of algae was investigated, the results showed that: the concentration of nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and activated phosphate in the culture medium reduced with the extension of time. Enteromorpha intestinalis,Sargassum fusiforme and Sargassum thunbergii showed the highest uptake for nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and activated phosphate, respectively;S. fusiforme, E. intestinalis and S. fusiforme showed the lowest uptake for nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and activated phosphate, respectively. It illustrated that macroalgae could effectively reduce nutrients from the surrounding water.

Abstract: Density functional theory (DFT) calculations, based on B3LYP/6-311G (d, p) basis set, were performed to evaluate the OH bond dissociation energies (BDEs) for phloretin, compared with naringenin, in order to assess the contribution of hydroxyl groups at different position to the radical-scavenging properties. It is indicated clearly that A6 OH is determined as the weakest O-H bond, give rise to the smallest BDE, 73.98 kcal/mol. BDE of B4 OH decreases 2.5 kcal/mol in benzene, very close to that of A6OH, indicated that B4 OH group is also mainly contributed to the reaction with free radicals, especially in non-polar environments.

Abstract: In order to improve the transmission and durability of infrared optical materials, the antireflection characteristics of two dimensional sub-wavelength structures on infrared optical materials were investigated. The results of numerical modeling showed two dimensional sub-wavelength structures can improve the transmission of infrared optical materials over a broad band, especially pyramid structures. Then two dimensional sub-wavelength structures on Zinc sulfide were fabricated with contacting ultraviolet lithography and reactive ion etching, A substantial antireflection effect was obtained over the wavelength band 8~12 μm. To improve the environmental durability of the antireflective sub-wavelength structures, Germanium carbide film was deposited on the two dimensional sub-wavelength structures by reactive RF magnetron sputtering.

Abstract: Information security risk assessment is an important component of information system security engineering. Adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative to qualitative evaluation method, based on the theory of fuzzy membership, every assessment indicator can be quantized with the method of integration of the qualitative to the quantitative. And adopting the objective method of fuzzy transformation to try to eliminate the initiative judgments, thus to ensure that the information security assessment is truly reflected, and solving such problems as the data collection in the process of information security evaluation, the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation, which are both very difficult to deal with. Consequently, the evaluation method is more scientific, comprehensive and maneuverability.

Abstract: . The vehicle identification and classification system based on Decision tree was designed in this paper. Firstly, the laser distance measuring sensor and radar sensor were used for data acquisition in order to get the information of the vehicle side-view profile. Secondly, the length, the height, the length ratio of the top and the variance of the top height were extracted as the feature of the vehicle. Thirdly, a large number of statistical samples were used to estimating the gross distribution of each motorcycle type, and through the decision tree, a machine for vehicle identification and classification can be built to achieve the vehicle auto-classification. The experimental results show that the system improved the accuracy of vehicle identification and achieved good results in practical operation.

Abstract: According to the problem that the linear dimension reduction is not effective to understand gene expression data. using the manifold learning as a guide, analysing dimensionality reduction of gene expression data, selecting colon cancer and leukaemia gene expression datasets for investigation, using inter category distances as the criteria to quantitatively evaluate the effects of data dimensionality reduction. Experiments show that LLE algorithm is more suitable method for the gene expression data. The LLE analyses indicate that there is a clear distinction boundary between the healthy people and the cancer patients.
