Abstract: With the continuous development of information technology, word segmentation technology becomes an important link in dealing with the increasing amount of information conveniently. Different from English word segmented by spaces, Chinese writing is continuous, and there is no space between words, this brings a lot of trouble to word segmentation. In this article, through the analysis of different property of words to get a code that can be used for training and combined it with the first kind of spline weight function neural network, then by training a large number of existing rules encoding to generate a study method that can divide the statement correctly.

Abstract: How to effectively filter out spam is a topic worthy of further study for the growing proliferation of spam. The main purpose of this paper is to apply a new neural network algorithm to the classification of spam. In this paper, we introduce a second type of spline weight function neural network algorithm, as well as e-mail feature extraction and vectorization, and then introduced the mail sorting process. Experiments show that it can get a relatively high accuracy and recall rate on the spam classification. Therefore, with this new algorithm, we can achieve better classification results.

Abstract: Logistics and distribution problem, in essence, is the vehicle routing problem, belonging to NP-hard problem. For drawbacks of basic ant algorithm such as searching for a long time, easy to fall into local optimum, generalized ant colony algorithm has been proposed. Applying the generalized ant colony algorithm to logistics and distribution problem can improve the utilization of the vehicle; reduce transportation costs and achieve the purpose of scientific management of logistics.

Abstract: Traditional short-term traffic flow forecasting of road usually based on back propagation neural network, which has a low prediction accuracy and convergence speed. This paper introduces a spline weight function neural networks which has a feature that the weight function can well reflect sample information after training, thus propose a short-term traffic flow forecasting method base on the spline weight function neural network, specify the network learning algorithm, and make a comparative tests bases on the actual data. The result proves that in short-term traffic flow forecasting, the spline weight function neural network is more effective than traditional methods.

Abstract: Against the problem of water-land intermodal transport logistics in area of Yangtze River, based on the method of bi-level programming, a layout optimization model of the area under the condition of flow of goods in dual direction is built up. The model involves optimized selection of ports as the intermodal transport hubs and determination of throughout of ports after construction from the point view of logistic planning department and optimized selection of water-land intermodal transport routes and determination of goods volume among the routes. The example reveals that the problem of layout optimization in Yangtze River basin under the condition of dual-direction goods flow can be modeled by bi-level programming, and the model can be solved by two kinds of algorithms including two-phrase one and adding objective functions.

Abstract: With the development of science and technology and urbanization process in depth, rail transit plays a more and more important role in the city. Train-ground communication is an important part of the safe operation of the rail transit trains. According to the traits of wireless train-ground communication, this paper proposes a high reliability wireless coverage technology solution to rail transit communication. Then this paper introduces the implementation process of the solution and verifies the wireless coverage range in this solution.

Abstract: Large-capacity vehicle transmission technology, including dynamic collection of the detection data, has an important significance on the safety detection of the city rail train which is related to the safety of rail transit operation. On the basis of the classification and priority assignment of the detection data, this paper adopts slice sequence dynamic extraction algorithm to establish the information transmission priority queue.

Abstract: In this paper, we First utilize the induced interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid averaging (I-IIFHA) operator to aggregate all individual interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices provided by the decision makers into a collective interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix. Based on the basic ideal of traditional VIKOR method, we establish an optimization model to determine the weights of attributes. Then, calculation steps based on the collective interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix and traditional VIKOR method for solving the MAGDM problems with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy assessments and partially known weight information are given. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the applicability of the proposed approach.
