Abstract: The Building automation system (BAS) in rail transit stations with frequency optimization of unit control system is an important part for the equipment operation; it is essentially a distributed multi agent system (MAS). Based on the analysis of building automation system operation mode and the multi-objective optimal control theory, the control parameter set of frequency conversion unit is installed. After rolling optimization, the optimal solutions parameter set is got. Eventually the purpose that multiple unit run as the way of energy saving is achieved.

Abstract: Network coding has recently been widely applied in various distributed systems for throughput improvement and/or resilience to network dynamics. However, the computational overhead introduced by network coding operations is not negligible and has become the obstacle for practical deployment of network coding. In this paper, I exploit the computing power of commodity many-core Graphic Processing Units (GPUs) and multi-core CPUs to accelerate the network coding computation. With the implementation of the algorithms, significant encoding and decoding throughput can be achieved.

Abstract: Heterogeneous cellular network (HCN) is a key technology in the future mobile communication system. In this paper, the theoretical analysis results as a guide, HCN frequency resource allocation method based on ASID is proposed. The method first defines a macro base station receiver sensitivity loss limits, it uses the theory of direct communication users on average interference macro base stations closed expressions, then the radius of ASID is derived from the theoretical analysis. In conclusion, the rationality of frequency resource allocation method based on ASID by simulation is verification.

Abstract: Against the limitations of some traditional accident prediction and diagnosis methods, a new method based on Bayesian network is proposed on the basis of the Fault Tree Analysis method. Using this method, accident prediction and diagnosis can become easily, quickly and more accurately. The method includes mainly two steps: the first step, to establish Bayesian network topology; the second step, to determine conditional probability table for each node. In addition, to update the marginal probability of the leaf nodes, in order to get a more objective evaluation, changing the past methods which mainly rely on statistics or expert experiences to give the probability value, it proposes an evaluation method using Bayesian network to combine different expert opinions effectively. Finally, taking the gas explosion accident as an example, using GeNIe Software to model and reason, taking analysis of the experimental data, we strive to prove the validity of the model.

Abstract: Due to the complexity of the router, its professional configuration leads to the phenomenon that operation and maintenance personnel of the information systems can not be competent for the configuration tasks. In order to lower the practitioner threshold of their operating and maintenance personnel, a WYSIWYG router configuration software in graphical interface needs to be developed. With the reduced quality requirements of employees, the main functions of the router configuration are achieved. This article describes the development and design of this kind of configuration software.

Abstract: Skin color segmentation and AdaBoost algorithm always play important roles in various face detection methods. To combine the two smoothly, this paper investigates face detection methods based on skin color feature and AdaBoost algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed methods can effectively reduce the false alarms.

Abstract: Measurement of neural signal provides important value for study of brain function and the pathogenesis of neurological. With emerging extensive research of electrical activity, more and more neural signal need to be collected, transmitted and stored, making the compression processing of neural signal become important part of digital signal processing. In recent years, ASIC-based wireless neural signal acquisition system has been developed rapidly, encountered strict restrictions on power consumption which is dominant determined by the data rate and complexity of algorithm. In order to reduce power consumption, lower data rate and algorithm with lower complexity needed to be selected when design a neural acquisition system. This paper focus on neural signal compression method based on compressed sensing and its performance and compare it with conventional compression algorithm. We compare complexity of various algorithms in the view of circuit complement, show that the complexity of neural signal compression can be dramatically reduced by using specially designed compressed sensing matrix, thereby reducing the system power consumption.

Abstract: This paper proposes a joint spatio-frequency resource model and management strategy in cognitive MIMO (Multi-Input Multi-Output) systems by exploiting the spatial signal processing ability provided by multi-antenna techniques. With the scheme cognitive system could coexist with the primary in one occupied authorized frequency channel without interfere with the later. Accordingly cognitive transmission could be carried out even there is no idle spectrum available. This is a complement to traditional CR in which the performance of cognitive user depends to a great extent on the availability of spectrum hole. Simulation results show that compared with conventional CR, the proposed method could effectively improve the performance of cognitive user on the premises that no interference is imposed on the primary.

Abstract: In order to meet the flexible requirements of enterprise production, an integrated optimization model based on the virtual manufacturing unit of process planning and job-shop scheduling is established. The model makes manufacturing resources information as a combining point and makes the two separate system integrated optimization. Then process route is established in three stages. At the same time uses hierarchy parallel operation mode to transfer and sharing the information of manufacturing resource by the layer of enterprise, work shop and parts. And the parallel mode of process and scheduling work meet the match selection of process and resources, this provides a theoretical basis for the real-time optimization of process planning and shop scheduling.

Abstract: The design process of sharing quality courses resource under cloud computing frame is discussed, moreover the architecture of cloud computing is deeply analyzed. Resorting to existing mature cloud platform to build college quality courses resource sharing system, it can shorten the cycle for developing system and provide a good technical support for applications. Practices prove the designed cloud computing frame plays a huge advantage in information sharing of each university.
