Abstract: Whether industrial or civilian, advanced intelligent robots are the focus of Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially which have humanoid emotion and could show anthropomorphic facial expressions, so our research focuses on how to design a humanoid robot head to show emotion to human beings. In this paper, we successively discuss three issues. Issue 1: what are the approaches and theories to make robot have humanoid emotion Issue 2: how robot to show anthropomorphic facial expressions Issue 3: what is the mechanical structure of the robot head To issue 1, through analysis and comparison we choose Artificial Psychology as the means and guidance; To issue 2, we study Facial Coding System (FACS) and make innovative use, further optimize the combination of control points to construct facial expression; To issue 3, we divide the head into four parts, and each part could be driven by servos. Finally, we make a robot head according to the previous concept and design. Through experiments and correction, we achieve the expected goals of advanced intelligent robots.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that manual cleaning high-altitude monitoring camera is difficult and risky, the scheme that mobile knee-type robot with three degrees of freedom cleans the monitoring probe instead of worker is proposed, and the control system based on MCU is designed. The hardware and program design is finished, which includes movement of manipulator, cameras jet cleaning with high-pressure spray gun, drying of cameras surface, ultrasonic obstacle avoidance, camera monitoring and image processing module. At last, the experiment and test for the cleaning robot prototype are carried out.

Abstract: This paper describes a 3D multi-touch screen based on pressure sensor. Aiming at the disadvantage of traditional capacitive touch screen such as detection errors and inaccurate positioning caused by environmental impact, the multi-touch screen in this paper adds thin film pressure sensors and control chips on the ordinary capacitance touch screen, which can obtain the number and location of touch points and the corresponding touch pressure. This 3D Multi-touch screen is simple and compact in structure, improves the accuracy of touch detection effectively and realizes the 3D multi-touch operation, it's safe and reliable.

Abstract: The principle of internal model control was analyzed, which was designed as the controller for the rotor side converter of double fed induction generator based wind power generation system, the stator flux-oriented vector control structure of DFIG with internal model control was designed, with the mathematical models of the DFIG under d-q coordinated system, combined with the principle of IMC control strategy, the inner current loop and outer speed control loop was designed, the simulation shows the control characteristic.

Abstract: Traditional surface acoustic wave touch screen causes high power consumption. The controller that needs to generate driving sound transducer voltage leads to large volume and high cost. It is difficult to become integration of the controller and small and medium size portable information terminal. So a low-power, ultra-light, small and medium size surface acoustic wave touch screen technology solution is proposed. On the touch screen set passive manned sensors and active detection circuit at the same time, the state transition of active detection circuit triggered by passive manned sensors, realize a touch of low power consumption, high precision requirements. In this paper the principal and system structure are discussed and the superiority is given.

Abstract: By using unscented kalman filter (UKF) theory and introducing adaptive factor into BP neural network, a new prediction model of concrete dam deformation was proposed. Example shows that this model can improve the convergence speed of BP neural network, and the calculation precision of this model meets engineering requirements. Meanwhile, this model can be applied in the safety monitoring of other hydraulic engineering structure.

Abstract: The industrial tank level monitoring solution with wireless data transmission is designed in this paper. With the aid of ultrasonic sensor technique, the tank level monitoring can continually measured without manual operation. By the radio frequency trsanceiver, the monitoring result can be seen in monitoring room. The whole hardware and software solutions are given in the paper. The experimental result demonstrated that the monitoring data is accurate, the system is stable and reliable.
