Abstract: An auto-stereoscopic 3D video conversation system is demonstrated with an improved eye-tracking method based on a lenticular sheet and two cameras. The two cameras are used to get stereoscopic picture pairs and addressed the viewers position by an Improved Eye Tracking Method. The computer combines the stereoscopic picture pairs with different masks graphic processing unit. Low crosstalk correct stereoscopic video pairs for the end-to-end commutation are achieved.

Abstract: DFIG based wind power generation system was connected to power grid with voltage source converters, the rotor side converter was analyzed and the control strategy was taken, the voltage and flux equations of the DFIG was analyzed, stator flux-oriented for RSC was adopted in the control system and with the control design based on stator flux-oriented (SFO) vector control. The RSC controller of DFIG was a double closed loop system, the rotor current control loop and power control loop was designed with PI, and the simulation shows the control feature.

Abstract: According to the complicated condition and special dynamic performance of the Ducted Fan UAV, a nonlinear multiple input and multiple output control method is designed. This method is based on the sliding mode adaptive theory. Introducing the integral term, this method can work without the derivative value of the tracked signal; even the derivative doesnt exist or cannot be got. The adaptive control can identify the uncertain parameters and external disturbance, and adjust the controllers parameters real-time. Using a low-pass filter can effectively inhibit the chattering phenomenon in sliding mode control system. The Ducted Fan UAV attitude is controlled by this method. The simulation results show that this method has strong robustness and good tracking performance.

Abstract: Solar water leakage on the market is very serious at present, temperature button is not convenient, which don't have a good temperature control function. Born in such a case, this article first introduces the main program work flow chart of the solar with constant water temperature, indicating the control thought of the whole process, and then focuses on the design of solar injection water tank, finally introduces working process of the temperature button.

Abstract: The safety requirements demanded from rail traffic have risen above all in view of the rapid development of modern high-speed trains. Railway fastener is the important part of rail line. The normal state of the fastener is the guarantee of the rail transportation security. The missing or broken fastener may be the tremendous threaten to the security, or even cause the serious traffic accidents. This paper presents a new fully automatic and configurable wireless data transfer system able to detect the absence of the fastening bolts that fix the rails to the sleepers. The systems guarantee a high accurate detection for the missing or broken fastening elements in combination with the strain measurement of the rubber pad under rail.

Abstract: In this paper, a fast and high-efficiency carrier frequency offsets (CFO) estimation algorithm is proposed. This new algorithm exploits the intrinsic structure information of OFDM signals and the unimodality of the cost function for CFO estimation. It reduces the computational complexity by using the golden section method in searching for the extremum of the cost function. The performance of the proposed algorithm is investigated with numerical simulations. The results show that the new algorithm has much lower complexity than Turelis MUSIC-like approach while achieves same performance in both additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) and multipath fading channels.

Abstract: Along with the advancement of urbanization in our country, the basic construction of Zaozhuang Tengzhou city is also just in the booming development and the concrete machinery as well immediately develops stronger. Although the production enterprises of concrete batching plant and concrete mixing building are numerous, there exists a great shortage in the mixing station because of limitation from regional economy. From the design of the host of the HZS150 agitating shaft, the author mainly introduces the designs of the host, the host agitating shaft, the host body, as well as the design of the sealing device when assembling. The designs basically meet the expected requirements.

Abstract: We propose a novel method for circle packing problem. With our method, as for unequal circle packing the optimal layout is irrelevant with the position of the biggest circle, for equal circle packing we produce good solutions. In this article the algorithm is described in detail. Appropriate software has been devised and computational results are also provided and discussed.

Abstract: The mathematical model of the combined orbit determination is given in this article, and the results of six experiments are used to demonstrate the contributions made by the borne observation value of LEO satellite to the GPS precision orbit determination. The results of these experiments indicate that the accuracy of the GPS satellite orbit can be improved by 40% on average by adding the observation data of three LEO satellites, when compared with the orbit determination results by only using forty-three ground tracking stations.
