Abstract: According to the realistic requirement of forest industry production cost-management, the system divides into four modules: login control module, system maintenance module, data calculation module, querying and printing module. In this paper, JSP technology [ is applied in design and implementation of the actual cost calculation in data calculation module. It can achieve production cost-management analysis and accounting effectively, share data resources on the network platform, to provide reliable data for the corporate executives.

Abstract: The traditional method for detecting speech signal needs the help of microphone, which must be placed closely to the body of human beings. To some extent, this method would bring several inconveniences. Non-contact speech detection method breaks through the limitation of the traditional method, this new kind of speech obtaining method can detect speech signal quite well even in strong noisy background. However, this non-contact speech detecting system also produces some electromagnetic noise and circuit noise, which reduced the quality of radar speech signal. Therefore, based on the good time-frequency analyze performance, the lifting scheme was also proposed in this paper to remove noise from radar speech. Comparing to classical enhancement algorithm, such as spectral subtraction and Wiener filter, the proposed algorithm can remove the component of noise availably and reserve the original pure speech signal in a promising way.

Abstract: The article established the mathematical model of ultrasonic flaw echo signals. First, the basic theory of wavelet transform is introduced, the principle of the wavelet threshold de-noising method is analyzed; Then on the basis of soft and hard threshold function, the paper proposes a method based on lifting wavelet de-noising. And from two aspects of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and mean square error (MSE) the de-noising performance is analysed. The results show that the method improved the shortcomings of soft and hard threshold de-noising method, and got a better de-noising performance and higher signal-to-noise ratio. So in real-time signal de-noising aspect the lifting wavelet has a very good application prospect.

Abstract: How to achieve a meaningful video representation is an important problem in various research communities. Automatically segmenting non-specific objects is an open problem. To deal with the error segmentation problem of the existing video algorithms under dynamic scenes, we propose a dynamic spatiotemporal saliency model based on the quaternion wavelet transform for video segmentation in this paper, which has the capability of segmenting the salient objects from moving background automatically. The model is a dynamic combination of the temporal attention model and static salient model. In temporal attention model, motion contrast information can be computed from the phase disparity between two consecutive frames. The phase is extracted from quaternionic pyramid. In static salient model, the spatial attention information is computed by an inverse quaternion wavelet transform over the set of scale-weighted center-surround responses. The scale-weighting function has been optimized to better replicate psychophysical data on color appearance. We combine the two kinds of attention information to get the preliminary results and use Grabuct algorithm for the optimization of the result finally. The segmentation and comparison experimental results demonstrate the validity of proposed algorithm.

Abstract: It is common sense that CAD has great significance in the lung nodule detection. But it is still controversial whether the CAD can also automatically differentiates between malignant and benign pulmonary nodules. The primary cause of this controversy is due to the subjective definition of 9 characteristics of nodules which are important basis of nodule identification. In other word, these characteristics are too dependent on the doctor scoring, and no objective standard of them has built which make these characteristics can be obtained by calculation.The main aim of this paper is to establish a quantitative method of the characteristics and refine these nine characteristics. This new method is used to find the objective replacement (a series features which can be measured through algorithms) of these subjective characteristics of the pulmonary nodule detection with Bayesian analysis.The experiment of our method proves that it is feasible to substitute the features of Pulmonary Nodule obtained by calculating for the characteristics of the nodule which only used to be gotten by the subjective judgment of doctors.

Abstract: Two-dimensional (2-D) inversion algorithms with Nuclear Magnetic Resonance had been intensively studied all over the world. To improve the existing method, a new Error-Fitting inversion method was proposed. The proposal algorithm consists of two steps: firstly, error extraction and estimation is implemented; the next step is to fit the measured data to such a state that the fitting residual and the estimated noise are in a comparable level. This method is applied to simulation and experiments. The results have shown great robustness and accuracy of the algorithm. In conclusion, the proposed Error-Fitting inversion method can meet different application requirements.

Abstract: For easily calculated and more accurate dynamic model of single flexible manipulator, a new model was built through connection of spring and two rigid bodies. It is approximate to the real model of single manipulator in trajectory of end point. With simplifying manipulator and introducing simplified and Predetermined elastic energy of manipulator, Lagrange equation was used to built dynamic model based on the new model. And based on dynamic model, computer simulation result of dynamic parameters with Matlab software proved that the new model is available simple and easily-adjusted.

Abstract: An implementation method of a power supply on-chip (PSOC) was presented for low power digital integrated circuit (IC) applications in this paper. The PSOC consists of a main power supply and a backup low power dissipation power supply, which is featured of micro-standby power consumption and fast switching. The PSOC was designed according to the design rules of SMIC 0.18μm CMOS process and validated both through simulation and silicon verification. The active area is about 0.035mm2 in fact. Post-layout simulation results indicate that output voltage of the PSOC is regulable in the range of 1.52~2.5V as input voltage is in the range of 2.0~3.6V, in which output of the main power supply is regulable in the range of 1.75~ 1.84V. The maximum quiescent current of main power supply is 16.23μA, while the maximum quiescent current of standby power is only 0.552μA. Experimental results indicate that the PSOC is capable of providing energy for the system digital IC implementation. Its power switching time is less than 148μs at the load capacitance of CL =56nF.

Abstract: Without using non-circular signals, conjugate estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance technique (ESPRIT) for joint estimation of direction of departure (DOD) and direction of arrival (DOA) in bistatic multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar is proposed. The characteristics of the Vandermonde-like matrix are employed to expand the virtual array of MIMO radar. Then the rotational invariance in the signal subspace is exploited to get the automatically paired estimations of angles. The proposed algorithm works with the same data model as that of ESPRIT, and has better angle estimation performance and can detect more targets than ESPRIT. Simulation results verify the usefulness of our approach.
