Abstract: Nowadays, most imaging simulation focus primarily on image quality, but the light path of an image sensor should be simulated in many application areas. So, skew imaging simulation of a frame camera has been researched in the paper. The main idea is that the pixels of a known vertical image in the vertical photosurface will be transferred to the corresponding pixels in the skew photosurface along the light path. First, several coordinate systems are set up to describe the space coordinates of a pixel. Then, the relationship between the vertical photosurface and the skew photosurface are built based on the collinearity equation. Finally, the skew image will be generated from the known vertical image by the method of indirect re-sampling. The theoretical analysis and experiment results show that the proposed method can simulate the skew imaging rule very well.

Abstract: Except for system noise, the sunlight interference can severely influence the result of fluorescence in situ measurement. In this paper, we analyzed the noise sources of the fluorescence in situ measurement system, discussed the characteristics of sunlight interference, and studied the performances of three sunlight interference suppression methods that respectively based on pulse width modulation, lock-in amplifier and pseudorandom sequence modulation. Experiment results show that methods based on lock-in amplifier and pseudorandom sequence modulation can effectively suppress sunlight interference.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of over-segmentation of traditional watershed algorithm, an improved watershed segmentation algorithm of the bridge image was proposed in this paper. First, the input image was filtered by top-hat transformation and bottom-hat transformation, and then, a multiscale algorithm for computing morphological gradient images is proposed, and the threshold for marker-extraction is automatically calculated according to the statistics of local extreme points in the gradient map. The watershed algorithm is applied on the modified gradient map to segment the image. Then, the over-segmentation regions of the initial watershed segmentation is settled by region merging based on fisher distance.Region merging is ended according to divergence principle. Many contrast experimental results verified the feasibility and validity of the method.

Abstract: Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) technology has the potential to have impact on many aspects of Precision Agriculture (PA). However, current WSN applications in Precision Agriculture all adopt the traditional client/sever model, data are sent from the source to the destination, because of hugeous data, high concurrency and strong signal interference in Precision Agriculture and the extremely limited sensor network resources, such client/sever model hampers WSN applications in Precision Agriculture.[ This paper presents a mobile-based agent of wireless sensor network model MAPA, MAPA avoids the large agricultural intermediate data transmission through migrating the computing to the resource source, and consequently it prolongs the sensor network lifetime and promotes the WSN applications in Precision Agriculture.

Abstract: In this paper, on the basis of queuing theory, a quantitative algorithm of highway toll free release length using 3G/4G intelligent monitoring system is proposed in view of congestion problems of the domestic highway toll. In the algorithm, the severity of real-time congestion is divided into three levels, each level corresponds to different queue length thresholds; The central server of monitoring system can determine the congestion level at present and give the dynamic free release queue length instructions using the algorithm; Computer simulation shows that the algorithm has certain practical guiding significance.

Abstract: In this paper, linking with the basic principle of FCM (Fuzzy c-means clustering) algorithm, on the basis of theory research, a method of the cluster analysis of FCM based on genetic algorithm is proposed. The genetic algorithm is promising in MRI (magnetic resonance image) processing because it is inherently parallel and coincides with the self-governing biological process. Firstly, the approximate optimal solution obtained by the FCM algorithm is taken as the original value, then combined with intensity-texture-position feature space in order to produce connected regions shown in the image, the final segmentation result is achieved at last. The experiment results prove that in the view of the MRI sport image segmentation, this algorithm provides fast segmentation with high perceptual segmentation quality.

Abstract: In this paper, a image segmentation algorithm based on wavelet transform are presented. The proposed image segmentation algorithm performs the segmentation in the combined intensity-texture-position feature space in order to produce connected regions that correspond to the real-life objects shown in the image. This segmentation algorithm is applied to reduced versions of the original images in order to speed-up the completion of the segmentation. As shown by experimental evaluation, this novel scheme provides fast segmentation with high perceptual segmentation quality.

Abstract: We present a camera calibration method based on vanishing point, that is, the vanishing points of two groups of parallel lines on the target plane are used to achieve camera calibration. A series of known positions points on target plane are used as the feature points, and the target images are recorded, the image coordinates of feature points are used to calculate the coordinates of vanishing point, then the matrix between feature points and camera is used to obtain internal parameters of camera. Experimental results show that the proposed calibration algorithm is correct, simple and convenient.
