Abstract: On the background of railway freight transportation under emergency situations, the optimal evacuation function to minimize the total evacuation time and evacuation distance is put forward; in consideration of the dynamic and complex natures of evacuation network, searching evacuation route algorithm based on MMAS (Max-min ant colony algorithm) was proposed which can meet the dynamic change of evacuation network.

Abstract: RFID is a technology which is used to identify remote objects embedded with RFID tags by wireless scanning without manual intervention; it can be used in traffic management wildspread. In this paper, we propose RFID tag management process for every vehicle firstly; some typical or potential RFID applications in traffic management are introduced such as vehicles congestion managementandengineemission inspection from petrol automotives subsequently; finally, the existing issues of implementation of RFID systems are generalized.

Abstract: Based on the multi-source information fusion and complex network theory, through studying the effective matching and integration of safety equipment and spatial information of urban rail transit network operation, a safety assessment model is proposed: through equipment fusion and the node fusion, the global safety parameter is obtained, which is accurate in description and evaluation of urban rail transit operating than the partial safety factors and realize the transform from microscopic description to macroscopic description.

Abstract: Using the method of stochastic differential equations to analysis two aircrafts and to establish the aircraft flight collision risk model. First the relative position and speed of the aircraft on the joint distribution density should be confirmed, and convert it into a Gaussian density to simplify the calculation of nonlinear filtering theory, and then use the method of stochastic differential equation to establish flight collision risk model, and also includes the introduction of how the CNS performance of random factors, human factors and avoidance system performance affect the flight collision. After verifying the collision risk in the example, the results show that the model is feasible.

Abstract: The simulation of aging appearance is essential in the realistic modeling, We propose a method using existing aging image to simulate aging appearance, We establish the classification library, extract the texture feature of different types aging and save them, set the weight of the texture feature and synthesis texture according to the environment. In addition, user can specify the constrained texture mapping position optionally. This method can simulate various rusty phenomenon simultaneously. It can also be combined with physically-based method and ton spreading-based method to implement rendering of realistic 3D model rapidly.

Abstract: Aging effects degrade circuit performance with time, inducing reliability problem. Accurate prediction of circuit aging can help designer determine the reasonable design margin, avoiding the over-design of the circuit. Based on the physical understanding of aging mechanism, an analysis framework is proposed to predict NBTI-induced circuit aging. The analysis framework starts at the worst case prediction, which assumes the extremely operational conditions. Then, the impacts of different workloads and logic topology of the circuit on the aging-induced degradation are incorporated into the analysis framework to make the predicted result be closer to the practical scenario. Experimental results demonstrate that the effectiveness of the proposed analysis framework.

Abstract: The research of metaphor understanding is a significant field of cognitive science. Metaphor plays an important role in natural language discourse. There is a close relationship between logic and metaphor. Metaphor can be described by epistemic logic. In this article, we try to put forward a logical system to describe metaphor understanding within context. First, we introduce some basic concepts of this metaphor understanding logical system. Then, a logical system of metaphor understanding within context is constructed, including the language, semantics, axioms and so on. Finally, some discussions about this logical system are showed.

Abstract: The rapid growth within the field of digital communication during the recent years expanded the need for high-speed data transmission to support a wide range of services such as: video, data and voice in wireless communication systems, etc. Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) and a multicarrier modulation scheme are employed to achieve the high data rates. Since OFDM is very much sensitive to carrier frequency offsets, which cause the Inter-carrier Interference (ICI) leads to mitigation of this ICI is necessary.
The objectives of this paper are to, proposed an efficient ICI self-cancellation scheme to mitigate the effect of ICI on OFDM systems. For this purpose, a redundant data is transmitted onto adjacent sub-carriers such that the ICI between adjacent sub-carriers cancels out at the receiver side. One data symbol is modulated into a group of adjacent sub carriers with a group of weighting coefficients. At the receiver side, the received signals are linearly combined on these sub carriers with proposed coefficients. The residual ICI contained in the received signals can then be further reduced. This study provides significant carrier-to-interference power ratio (CIR) improvement, which has been studied theoretically and supported by simulations. Since no channel equalization is required to reduce ICI, so the proposed scheme doesnt increase the system complexity.

Abstract: This paper presents development of an automatic fault diagnosis system in the nuclear power plants to minimize possible nuclear disasters. Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) overcame the shortcomings of entrapment in local optimum, slow convergence rate which was in BP algorithm. PNN is fit to diagnose the fault of nuclear power plant and has auto-adaptability. The method not only makes the original neural network smaller in terms of computation and realization, but also improves diagnosis speed and accuracy of nuclear power plant.

Abstract: Phase measuring profilometry is a method of structured light illumination whose three-dimensional reconstructions are susceptible to error from intensity saturation. Phase error caused by intensity saturation of fringe patterns is studied in this work. A mathematical model is derived for recovering saturated intensity by means of other patterns without saturation, and thus we can decrease the phase error introduced by the saturation. Both simulation and experiment results show that the phase error arisen from intensity saturation can be efficiently suppressed with the proposed algorithm.
