Abstract: In order to online estimate the state of charge (SOC) of lithium-ion battery pack in this paper. This article establishes a dual Kalman filter (DEKF) algorithms for it. We establish a battery model of state space expression based on Thevenin battery model and Kalman filter algorithms. We use least square method and DEKF algorithms to identify the parameters of battery model in order to improve the accuracy of battery model. It can make battery model reflect true state of internal battery well. It introduces the principle which is dual Kalman filter algorithm online estimate the state of charge. Finally, it verifies DEKF algorithm has better convergence and robustness which can effectively resolve the problems of initial estimates error and cumulative error issue.

Abstract: In the design and manufacturing process of the hydrodynamic coupling, the fluid pressure on the impeller is difficult to calculate when analyzing the strength of the impeller. We can use the one-way fluid-structure interaction analysis. When interpolate the pressure on the flow field and structural coordinate values, choosing reasonable interpolation method can reduce the amount of computation, improve accuracy, simplify product design and manufacturing process. This article is based on one-way fluid-structure interaction analysis. We compare the four interpolation method in MATLAB, conclude that the spline interpolation is better than others. It is the most suitable for practical applications, which can simplify the design of the manufacturing process of the hydrodynamic coupling.

Abstract: This paper is based on Kansei engineering theories and methods combines with hierarchical clustering and gray correlation theory. The information of consumers perceptual demands for the product is obtained, and after that the existing products are collected and sifted, and their design elements are analyzed. The information of consumers perceptual demands is classified and extracted by using systematic clustering method perceptual demands. Two incidence matrixes have been created by investigating consumers perceptual demands. Finally, we get the incidence matrix between consumers perceptual demands and existing product samples. Also, analysis of correlation between each sample and the perceptual demands of consumers was made by using gray correlation theory.

Abstract: This paper attempts to develop a variable sampling plan based on the lifetime performance index CL for exponentially distributed products.Practitioners can use the proposed sampling plan to determine the required sample size and the corresponding critical acceptance value,to make reliable decisions in product acceptance.We also tabulate the required sample size and the corresponding critical acceptance value for various producers risk and the consumers risk.

Abstract: Computer simulation was applied to study the inclusion behavior in the tundish with Lagrangian particle tracking model including both the deterministic and random walk model. Comparing with the experiment result, the prediction result revealed that random walk model obtained more accuracy than the deterministic walk model by considering the effect of turbulence fluctuation on the inclusion movement. The accuracy of inclusion motion simulation was determined by the turbulence model and boundary condition.

Abstract: The relationship was derived between the brightness setting and the corresponding color characteristics of the new pad display. Chromaticity domain coverage ratio , channel additivity and the constant channel chromaticity under difference brightness values were measured and compared in detail. The experimental results showed that brightness settings had a great influence on channel additivity, Chromaticity gamut coverage and the constant channel chromaticity meanwhile stable Chromaticity gamut coverage and good channel additivity and the constant channel chromaticity, respectively corresponding to different brightness range . conclusion: When brightness was setted in the range of 200cd/m2 ~ 353 cd/m2 , the new pad had better color performance and more stable.

Abstract: This paper is intended to design a parallel 50v/2A converter. The paper begins with the respective detailed working principles of PWM current control mode and voltage control mode, as well as their differences. By introducing the PWM IC UC3846 for current mode control, in order to meet the demand of duplex output, a full-bridge circuit is designed based on double chip PWM control, and the control circuit and the main circuit are explained in detail. The paper concludes with the proposal of a prototype that meets the expected experimental results.

Abstract: In this paper, we use a Spline curve and OpenGL construct a three-dimensional (3D) geometrical model, and get the surface appearance 3D simulation on a computer screen of X-type four hollow fabric in the end. It manifests the interlacing state of warp and weft yarns in fabric, thus proves the feasibility of Spline curved line in simulation and provides a practical method for surface simulation of multi-layer fabric in the future.

Abstract: In the process of physical therapy, it is usual to stimulate nerves or muscles of body with electrical signals through the electrodes, such as changeable square waves or sine waves, to control the corresponding functions or the action of muscular dilatation so as to relieve the pain of patients. On the basis of recent medical research, bell-like wave and exponential wave are most suitable for use. A digitalized medium frequency electronic therapeutic instrument based on the ARM embedded system is developed. The discrete bell-like wave and exponential wave are generated through the S3C2410 microprocessor, and then the digital signal is converted into analog signal through D/A converting chip. Finally the analog signal is amplified and output through power amplifying and isolated output circuit to generate the curing wave for human body. This method solved the difficulty of generating bell-like curing wave in traditional analog medium frequency electronic curing instrument.

Abstract: This paper proposes a circular seal identification method which based on the average relative error. First it spread out the circular seal into rectangular ones, so as to gain the seal of rectangular image, then it projects the rectangular seal to get projection curve. using projection curve of the reserved seal and the cyclic shift of detected seal projection curve to achieve registration. It calculated the average relative error that according to the registration after the reserved seal and detected seal. With the average relative error of the seal get the authenticity. The experimental results show that this method can simplify the computation and improve the seal authenticity identification effectively, which can also be applied to the actual.
