Abstract: This paper describes FBG sensing demodulation technology which based on acousto-optic tunable filter, this technique solves the traditional FBG demodulation technique existing some problems such as slow demodulation speed and small number of driving FBG sensors. The demodulation technique has advantages with simple structure, low cost, wide wavelength range, high resolution and fast demodulation speed.

Abstract: The unfragile guaranteed-cost control problem of a class of uncertain state-delay sampled system is discussed. Applying Lyapunov method, and combining the properties of matrix inequality, the sufficient condition of robust stability is given, and the unfragile guaranteed-cost controller is designed. Finally a numerical example illustrates the effectiveness and the availability for the design.

Abstract: Among the signal processing methods of Doppler weather radar, the FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) method is widely used. If the measurement accuracy needs to be improved, the number of FFT points also needs to be increased. As a result, the amount of computation increases exponentially. Chirp-z transform can directly refine certain spectrum in the spectrum of weather echoes. In the case that the sampling points and the amount of computation increase fewer, the measurement accuracy can be greatly advanced.

Abstract: Based on the structural characteristics of the wetland ecological environment, we analyzed and evaluated the ecological functions of Linghe estuarine wetland quantitatively with methods of AHP and index judgment. The results showed, functions of regulating floods, biological products and soil conservation played relatively important role. The complex function of Ling estuarine wetland is in common level; the ecosystem is relatively stable to play fundamental ecological functions. AHP method made the ecological function indicators that are difficult to quantify more simple and intuitive. The article developed a new way of planning, management and conservation of the wetland with AHP method in sustainable development of Linghe Estuarine wetland.

Abstract: Based on the variation of PM2.5 concentration in the atmospheric, Logistic model was selected to the established PM2.5 concentration decay model. According to the provision of Technical Regulation on Ambient Air Quality Index (on trial), the results of the decay model was modified and then the pollutants governance indicators were determined. Furthermore, while trying to reduce the content of PM2.5 as well as making the presence of other contaminants in the atmospheric as little as possible, the funds optimization model combining comprehensive treatment fees with special treatment fees to invest was established and annual funding for each project was identified. In practice, priority should be given to the local main pollutants, combined with local conditions, and then determine the management investment plan.

Abstract: Mesocotyl elongation in rice is essential for seedling emergence. Our previous screening identified weedy rice accessions (Oryza sativa f. spontanea L.) (WR04-6) with unusual long mesocotyl. In this study, using rice cultivar Akihikari (Oryza sativa, subspecies japonica) as control, we observed that weedy rice accessions display more extensive microtubules (MTs) depolymerization in the early stage of mesocotyl elongation. At the end of mesocotyl elongation, the predominant MTs in weedy rice are transversely oriented, while, Akihikari has oblique MTs arrays.

Abstract: In this paper, the effects of drying chamber pressure, heating plate temperature and material thickness on the drying time of Tan lamb in vacuum freeze-drying process were studied using quadratic regression orthogonal design. The results showed that the drying time was significantly affected by drying chamber pressure, heating plate temperature and material thickness as well as the interaction of heating plate temperature and material thickness. The optimized parameters were drying chamber pressure 27.9 Pa, heating plate temperature 47.9°C and material thickness 4.3 mm. On these parameters, the drying time was 4.3 h.

Abstract: The fluorescence lifetime of the molecular excited states in the liquid scintillator determines the pulse shape of the events in a detector. The fluorescence decay times of the mixtures could be measured by UV light excitation, or via ionizing particles. Both of the setups are based on the time-correlated single photon technique. In this paper we described a setup in detail for testing the fluorescence lifetime under ionizing particle to render the relatively weak neutron or ion signals detectable. In addition, we presented the time resolution of system for the setup.

Abstract: The environment impact assessment on Jiande Kang's poultry breeding was carried out in the paper, by using a method of combination of site investigation and laboratory analysis. According to its characteristics, the development project type and construction has been described and the operation period made the possible impact on the environment was discussed, focusing on analysis of construction noise, the situation of wastewater pollution at the runtime and reduce the adverse impact of the program, Jiande Kang's poultry breeding project was proposed to meet a number of specific measures for human habitation.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economic globalization and computer technology, bilingual teaching has become the development trend of college teaching. This paper aims to explore the reform road of the bilingual teaching complied with Higher Education Objectives. Take the course of introduction to computer for example, combined with the actual situation of our college bilingual teaching reform the solution to the problem and reform measures were proposed from the teaching content, teaching models, teaching means and so on. We believed it can give some reference value for the reform of bilingual teaching.
