Abstract: At first, a seven degree of freedom dynamic model of tractor semi-trailer was established, and a simulation model with the Matlab/Simulink software was established too. Based on the model, a state estimator based on Kalman theory was designed, using easily measured parameters to estimate the parameters that are difficultly measured or have high measurement cost, after that, compared estimated values and simulation measurements and analyzed the influence with changes of process noise covariance Q and measurement noise covariance R.

Abstract: The global navigation satellite system (GNSS) is an important infrastructure of the space-time positioning; not only plays an momentous role in the building of national defense and national economy, but also the world's major competitive battleground of space powers, space technology and its applications. Accurately grasp the characteristics of the life of the GNSS, redundancy of key components to establish a practical satellite program, is one of the prerequisites of the satellite lifetime assurance measures. In this paper, we build the satellite lifetime grid model based on the satellite key components lifetime degradation models, optimize the key components redundancy design scheme combining genetic algorithm. To guarantee the lifetime of the entire star, optimize the satellites cost, provide the theory support of decomposition and optimization of life indicators for GNSS.

Abstract: The Intuitionistic Fuzzy S-Rough Sets (IFS-RS) is the intuitionistic fuzzy extension of S-Rough sets theory. It has dynamic characteristic of S-Rough sets, as well as intuitionistic fuzzy characteristic of Intuitionistic Fuzzy sets. Based on S-Rough sets theory, this paper introduced the membership and non-membership concepts of Intuitionistic Fuzzy sets, builded the model of IFS-RS under general equivalence relation, put forward the rough property and transfer degree concepts of IFS-RS. By calculating the rough property and transfer degree of IFS-RS, Thus being able to describe the transformation degree of the elements in fuzzy system movement into or movement out more clearly and precisely.

Abstract: In this paper, electronic dispersion compensation (EDC) based on minimum mean square error optimization has been employed to improve the performance of 16 channels, gigabit capacity, back haul DWDM OADM ring network.. It is observed that EDC significantly reduce BER by e-33 and improved Q2 dB by 3 dB, thus resulting in improved eye opening and considerably reduced inter-symbol interference.

Abstract: The concept of Business Intelligence (BI) was first proposed in the late 1980-s. Since then the field of BI has experienced the rapid extension and development. More than 50 billion dollars have already been invested in different BI tools and application software, such as new desktop data analysis tools, data warehousing technologies, data extraction middleware and many other tools and techniques into the market. But not all the BI initiatives are successful. This paper posits that a key antecedent of BI success is having the right BI Capabilities, and right BI Capabilities depend on the Decision Environment in which the BI is used. Research suggests that a lack of fit between an organization and its BI is one of the reasons for lack of success. The match between the Decision Environment and what a BI provides has been studied as an indicator of success. The theoretical framework is proposed in this paper to study relationship between BI Capabilities, BI Success and Decision Environment

Abstract: Tracking a moving target on the ground for an air robot in the complex environment is one of the key problems to be solved in the cooperation technology between air and ground robots .This paper mainly focused on solving this problem of UAV by presenting the wave gate tracking method based on fitting trajectory of the moving target. The method fits the trajectory by using quadratic function and predicts the center position of next frame. Then tracking target by wave gate, input the next frame image, the center of wave gate will be changed as the predicting center, so the new wave gate will be generated, and in the wave gate if existing a moving target will be detected. By using gate tracking, input next frame picture, set the gate center as the predicted center, create a gate and check the moving target in gate. To verify the feasibility and validity of the study, the experiments are conducted on a designed platform which called indoor multi-rotor-craft-robot system. The experiment results show that the method presented in this paper has a very good real-time performance and robustness.

Abstract: Petroleum engineering is a complicated subject which involves multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, operators and managers to use real-time and historic data to perform modeling, interpretation, analysis and decision-making activities. During this process, some very crucial tasks come from how to effectively collect and manage the acquired datasets, how to efficiently provide data services, and how to control and assess data quality. In addition, heterogeneous sources and various types of the datasets make the process more complicated. To achieve effective data engineering, metadata is discussed in this paper. Furthermore, a comprehensive, extensible and operational metadata model is presented. The model is discussed from different perspectives. Conceptually, it is a metadata framework with four levels of abstraction. Logically, it characterizes a three-dimensional geological data map that interconnects geological entities on the plane and mounts data resources as sub-trees on the other dimension. Physically, it adopts a federated topology and supports distributed storage and management by virtual nodes mapping. Finally, how the metadata model works in data governance, collection, management, and service is illustrated.

Abstract: Mining industry is growing rapidly during the last few years. It shows that the use of explosives is a crucial part mining industry explosion and drilling costs take about 40% of all mining related expenditure. Cost effective explosion procurement and services will help mining industry to save time and money. This process demands the automation of the production of explosives with the goal to save time and manufacture safe and reliable products. This article provides an overview of creating an automated system design for emulsification by using technology of proportionally mixed liquid.

Abstract: A data acquisition system is designed based on the datasheet of ICL7135 and EP2C5Q208C8. According to the characteristic of ICL7135, Verilog HDL language program and the software of QuartusII are used to simulate each function modules. The analysis of simulation results and experiment show that using the method of FPGA+A/D can simplify the complexity of the system design and possess a very high accuracy on the treatment effect.

Abstract: Most of the research on the relationship between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Complexity argued the possibility and reality from a philosophical point of view. Recently A few papers popped up to explored AI Science through Complex System Theory. In fact, Dr.Bais conception of the Top Machine (TM), which was firstly proposed in his dissertation Generalized Symbolism and Knowledge Presentation of Hyper Topology Structure in 1999, may comprise the following three fundamental points. He proposed this idea, defined it, and established the Wave and High Jump Principles. This paper intended to explore the scientific features of the TM Model in relation to the three concerned points, and drew the conclusion that TM model is worth in-depth study not only because it visualized the complexity of AI Science, but also it could be an abstract conceptual model of Intelligent System (IS).
