Abstract:

Based on the OpenGL technology and advantages of GIS development platform, this paper introduces the process of the design and implementation of 3D earthquake marking system. The system can not only accurately mark key targets under the 3D geographic scene in accordance with the three-level marking principles of the danger and importance, but also intuitively reflect the site conditions and effectively provide ancillary support for the earthquake emergency rescue work.
