The Simulation and Optimization of Job-Shop Equipment Based on JACK

Article Preview

Abstract:

By using human factor principles and MOD method, it analyzed the existing processes of a manufacturing enterprise to find some defects in existing logistics equipments, and improved the program so that workers could complete the corresponding operation with more reasonable action , thereby reducing workers’ fatigue strength and improving operating efficiency. It also built virtual models and designed simulation experiments to obtain data related to human factors and evaluate the improving program based on JACK simulation software.
