Study on the Personnel Training Mode of E-Commerce Major

Abstract:

With the development of e-commerce more and more e-commerce talents were desired to satisfy development of enterprises, however e-commerce was a kind of the new style commerce and trades and based on the personnel training mode of colleges and university the e-commerce talents could not satisfy the needs of enterprises. In this paper the personnel training modes of e-commerce talents was analyzed and based on the enterprises needs the relevant capability training modes was discussed.
