Abstract: The fractals of the optimization problems are first discussed. The multi-fractal parameters of the optimal objective function are computed by the Detrended Fluctuation Analysis (DFA) method. The multi-fractal general Hurst Index is related to the difficulty to solve the optimization problem. These features are verified by analyzing the first six test functions proposed on 2005 IEEE Congress on Evolutionary Computation. The results show that the different objective functions have obvious different multifractal and the general Hurst Index can be used to evaluate the difficulty to solve the optimization problem.

Abstract: EEG analysis is an effective noninvasive mean to understand the mechanism of brain activity.Recently with the increasing of research for cognitive science,EEG analysis becomes one of the most important the methods in the field of cognitive research. This paper reviews methods of sign al processing on EEG an d the progress of EEG analysis for cognitive science on the basis of the introduction for cognitive research. The paper states that it is significative to study EEG deeply for understanding the process of cognitive and thinking, unveiling the mechanism of brain activity because EEG has good characteristics such as time resolution.

Abstract: Aiming at solving ontology heterogeneity, in this paper, we propose approaches of ontological concept mapping based on multi-strategy. At first, we use strategies based on concept name, property and taxonomy to calculate similarity. Then mapping results of multi-strategy are obtained. Finally, we present experimental results with high accuracy and point out future research directions.

Abstract: This paper presents a doubling technology of fast traverse of the list .When parallel call recursively, distance of the division between data gradually doubled after completion of the operation, it was completed the operation of all the data the distance of 2M after calculation of M times. The experiment results show that the proposed method has higher efficiency compared with the normal stand-alone computing and parallel computing so it achieved real-time of CD.

Abstract: In today’s marketplace, external appearance and internal decoration become an increasingly important factor that affecting sales volume of product. Moreover, for loaders, the external appearance and decoration of the cab may influence the driver’s comfort both visually and mentally. In order to find out how it works, we divided the experimental subjects into professional group and nonprofessional group and used eye tracker to record subjects’ responses (eye movements) to the pictures of the loader, and then analyzed these responses with the eye tracker build-in analyzing software. The results show that the professional are more interested in functional parts and the nonprofessionals are more likely to be influenced by appearance shape and color; the instrument panel is less attracted during the whole experiments.

Abstract: In order to solve the virtual objects intersect problem in virtual environment, real-time fast CD application must be used in virtual environment. Collision detection algorithm based on a SIMD parallel was proposed. For ordered lists we used methods for N processors to search ordered sequence simultaneously, to select a valid range through an iterative, to retain the public segment as an iterative sequence so that to complete the division of the interval and data selection. It can improve the reconstruction of the bounding box of the data selected when these two algorithms applied to the detection of the CD. Experimental results show that compared with the classical reconstruction algorithm, the proposed algorithm has better time complexity and improve the efficiency of the CD.

Abstract: The paper builds one-dimensional cellular automat environment model to improve the efficiency of mobile computing application and optimizes process evolution rule and strategy. And it analyzes the computing efficiency of Pascal's Triangle Rule and Bermuda Triangle Rule, thus gives out the evolution rules for the corresponding environment modeling.

Abstract: In Chinese text clustering, short text is very different from traditional long text, principally in the low frequency of words. As a result, traditional text feature extraction and the method for weight calculating is not directly suitable for short text clustering .To solve the problem of clustering drift in short text segments ,this paper proposes an method for feature extraction through improving the method of weight calculating based on words co-occurrence. Experiments show the method can get better performance in Chinese short-text clustering compared with the traditional method TF-IDF.

Abstract: Inhibitory chemical coupling connections are ubiquitous in neuronal system. In this paper, we first reduce the complex neuronal dynamics to a simple phase model by means of phase-model reduction method. Then we examine the roles of time delays extensively on the synchronization properties by bifurcation analysis and numerical simulation. Finally, we identify the existence and the stability of various phase-locked states. Along with the expected phase and anti-phase synchronization regimes, we find the emergent phenomena that significantly influence the synchronization behavior.

Abstract: The paper proposes a linguistic based fuzzy ontology information retrieval model. The model deals with linguistic based queries in multi domains. Such linguistics are user defined, reflecting his subjective view. The model also proposes a ranking algorithm that ranks the set of relevant documents according to some criteria such as their relevance degree, confidence degree, and updating degree.
