Abstract:

First, unearth the connotation of well-being of peoples livelihood in the re-development of urban old settlements, to discuss the ways of achieving housing rights based on the concept of well-being of peoples livelihood and analyze the necessity of re-development of urban old settlements under well-being of peoples livelihood. Based on the above research, follow the goal and principle of well-being of peoples livelihood, explore the ways of returning well-being of peoples livelihood to homing position in the re-development of urban old settlements, and guarantee the realization of housing right of residents to promote the equitable distribution of social resources for housing in re-development.
