Study on Fault Diagnosis Technologies of Vibration Signals of Gearbox

Abstract:

This paper presents a method to realize the fault diagnosis. The method use spectrum analysis and zoom spectrum analysis to process the gearbox vibration signals. Firstly, the GBTB-1 gear test bench was designed and the fault of broken teeth on the gearbox was simulated. Then analysis the vibration signals by the method. The analysis result indicates that the spectrum and the zoom spectrum of the vibration signals of gearbox contain the fault character information of gearbox. With the separation and identification of those feature information this paper can realize the fault diagnosis of gearbox.
