The Design and Test of Durability Test Platform for Small Scale Electromotor

Abstract:

In order to testing the parameters changing of electromotor during the lifecycle, the test platform is designed. For different equipment, the controller of the test platform can simulate different real load of electromotor. During test, the controller can not only acquisition some basic parameters of the electromotor, such as voltage, current, temperature, rotate speed, but also protect the test platform when one parameter exceed setting value. The test platform test a electromotor. The result show that the test platform can simulate real load of the electromotor, can display and store all parameters of electromotor, can find the weak point during the whole lifecycle.
