The original model of information resource management cannot meet the needs the information system construction and deep appliance in the aspect of the efficiency of information resource management as well as the level of information service. In order to change the current situation of information system construction, an efficient and flexible information resource management system is badly needed, which can match the rapid development of information enterprise construction.
