Research on the Customer Knowledge Acquisition in the Network Based on the Association Analysis

Abstract:

More and more customers participate in the network, resulting in a large amount of information related to the customers, it is necessary for the enterprises to gain the useful customer knowledge from these information. The paper adopts the Apriori algorithm realizing the association analysis through the JAVA language, finally, the examples are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
