Study on a Load Predictive Governor Control Method Based on Diesel Engine Models

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper briefly reviewed the development process of diesel engine speed control, analyzed the control characteristics of high real-time. Also, the basic methods of conditions predictive control were put forward. Then, a load predictive governor control method based on diesel model was studied focusing on the model, simulation and experiments. The results show that this method has a significant effect to improve the engine speed control dynamic performance, and has a useful engineering application prospects.
