Abstract:

Using projection pursuit method,we will transform the main indicators that have influence on the performance of the network information into One dimension projection value,the network intelligence evaluation quality in sorting is presented , at the same time, the weight of each main performance indexes are obtained,The method is objectivity, Effectively reduce the influence of artificial factors, this method has important significance to the evaluation and effective management of network information science and to improve the ability of network information.
