Abstract:

The birth of Internet of Things and the raise of ”Smart Planet” make the intelligent library an inevitable trend of the library development. Intelligentization is the premier step of smartness, and smartness is the evolved stage of Intelligentization. The Internet of Things technology provides the bridge to transform from the intelligentized library to smartened one. The tremendous advantage of Internet of Things definitely brings a broader future to the intelligentization of libraries.
