Abstract:

Based on postponement manufacturing theory and the characteristics of some advanced production management modes, this study proposed the planning strategy from the perspective of mass customization production mode and discussed the role of planning strategy in the plan and control of production. Moreover, according to the determination of the postponement manufacturing points in the planning, production, assembly, sale, and delivery of products, it was recommended to set the characteristics, production, and sale environment of specific products. Different production should be planed and controlled in different ways.
