Design of a Two-Wheel Self-Balanced Vehicle System

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper introduces a design scheme of two-wheel self-balanced Intelligent Vehicle System. In hardware system, MCU module, angle detection module, motor drive module, laser path detection module, motor speed detection module, power modules and debugging modules are designed. Combined with PWM technology and PID control, speed of two DC motor is controlled, the dynamic self-balanced and fast tracking of the vehicle can be achieved well. The vehicle can be used as an experimental platform of automatic control system, and the feasibility and effectiveness of various control algorithms can be verified.
