Torque Control of Stepping Motor Drivers Using Switched Linear Control Technology

Article Preview

Abstract:

In this paper, a new stepper motor control scheme is proposed based on switched linear control technology for better performance of motor torque generation by using an improved decay-loop and switching between high and low voltage at high frequency. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.
