A Scheme of the Cross-Media Digital Publishing System Based on XML

Abstract:

In order to reduce work complexity and increase the effectiveness of communication, the traditional patch-like cross-media publication way has being changed drastically. Although many foreign countries, America and German etc, have reconstituted the process for cross-media digital publication, this research is in early days in China. There are few cross-media digital publication systems in the home market. This paper proposed one kind of cross-media digital publication process and the system framework (see Fig. 1), furthermore elaborated each function module (see Fig. 2) of the cross-media digital publication system based on the XML, induced the scheme’s innovation places in the end, that are structure innovation, function innovation and idea innovation.
