Abstract:

There are many different kinds of projects in major construction enterprises, thus, how to perform the right projects rightly is a realistic issue for the top leader of these enterprises. A qualified selection process of the project portfolio can help to do the right projects. In this paper, a project portfolio selection process for major construction enterprise was introduced and details of how to handle in every stage was also discussed.
