Study on Adjustment of Prime Cost Sum in Cost Control of Engineering Project

Abstract:

The controversy over the content of adjustment on prime cost sum of engineering project was summarized. The payment subject was rationally analyzed first as the basis for adjustment subsequently. Then the adjustment content was illustrated by the stage of transaction and construction respectively. At last this paper gives detailed adjustment process and advice for adjustment of the prime cost sum and its payment.
