Abstract:

The environmental factors in construction companies can affect the implementation of project portfolio management; by bring active or negative influence. Hence, a proper environment should be provided to keep the project portfolio management performs smoothly. This paper mainly analyzes the implementation environment of project portfolio management from four aspects, which, then will help to positively affect project portfolio management and play the best function.
