Abstract:

Sea water heat pump, which is an emerging ocean energy utilization technology with advantages of energy saving and environmental friendly, has great development potential in costal and islands areas. This article analyze the global development status, technologies and application prospects of sea water heat pump to give reference for its developments in costal and islands areas.
