Research on Galvanized Layer Uniformity Detecting Technology of Transmission Angle Steel Tower Materials

Abstract:

Combined with the actual working condition and related standards, the galvanized layer uniformity detection of transmission tower materials is studied and the sampling scheme of galvanized layer uniformity detecting is formulated. With the help of the diagonal test point arrangement form which is used in flatness error detection, a double cross shaped test point arrangement form was established for the galvanized layer uniformity detecting of angle steel tower materials. In order to quantitatively evaluate the thickness uniformity of the galvanized layer and realize information management, the X-Rs control chart was applied in the galvanized layer uniformity detecting.
