In order to improve dyeing capacity of the fur material, a fur material cleaning machine is designed; This paper Introduces the structure and working principle of the machine, The paper also discusses the design process of incomplete gear mechanism, introduces the problems that should be paid attention, elaborates relevant calculation steps. The use of incomplete gear mechanism realize the alternation of rotary movement time and idle time ,The machine has the advantages of gas-electric combination, program control, high production efficiency, convenient operation, etc.
