SQL Server Access Methods Based on LabVIEW

Abstract:

Several methods that contribute to connecting SQL server database with LabVIEW are listed and compared in the paper, while the method of using LabSQL is exemplified to show its convenience and reliability. Two steps are required to achieve the connectivity between database and LabVIEW via LabSQL: First is setting up an underlying connection between database and LabVIEW through ODBC. Second is using SQL statements to realize specific database operations such as query, insert, delete etc.
