Abstract:

First of all, this paper expounds the necessity of designing the system of submit online of graduation design documents, analyzes the problems existing in document management in Zunyi medical university; Secondly, the system of paper submission of the documents was carried on the concrete analysis and design; Finally, by comparing the time cost of the traditional way of documents management of 2012 with the online mode to documents management of 2013, it is concluded that the submission system online can improve the work efficiency and has more advantages.
