Abstract:

A information-detecting recorder is designed, which can detect the swimmer’s pulse signal through a sensor module wrapped on their wrist, then send the alarming signal to the monitoring center by the wireless way. This system makes the saver find the drowned man at the first time and help them, that not only realizes the intelligence of monitoring system but also guarantee the human’s safety.
