Abstract: A robotic arm control system based on LabVIEW and FPGA is presented in this paper. It is built with USB camera, PC, FPGA development board and 4-DOF robotic arm. In a way with high performance-price ratio and strong expandability, the system achieves a series of functions: capturing and processing images, identifying the target, planning the path, driving the actuators, and finally, grasping the target. Users can not only monitor the situation of the workbench, but also real-timely grasp the object in the area.

Abstract: This paper describes the design of the gait mechanism of pedal lower limb rehabilitation robot based on people’s heel movement trajectory curve in the normal walking. It is established the kinematics mathematical model of a pedal lower limbs rehabilitation robot and the simplified three-dimensional model with Pro/e software, then it is simulated kinematics using ADAMS software. The simulation result is shown that this pedal lower limbs rehabilitation robot can achieve the expected rehabilitation exercise and run smoothly. Kinematics analysis and simulation of pedal rehabilitation robot is provided the necessary theoretical basis and parameters for the study of lower limb rehabilitation machinery.

Abstract: This paper presents a new use of polling system[1] in the intelligent traffic light control system[2]. vehicle arrival rate is measured in this system.Through the relationship between arrival rate and waiting time in polling system, achieved an technology that different arrival rate correspond to different length of time[3] of traffic light.With the intelligent control, we can well solve the problem of traffic jams during different periods.

Abstract: In view of the situation that the traditional fault tree is difficult to determine the probability of the basic events without considering the inherent uncertainly and imprecision of each basic event, the concept of fuzzy set is introduced which transforms various kinds of fuzzy numbers into triangular fuzzy ones to describe the probability of bottom events. Blurred the probability of the basic events in traditional fault tree, then the established fault tree is calculated and analyzed quantitatively, the fuzzy probability of top event of aero-engine can be gotten. The probability importance degree of each basic event under different sets is calculated and sorted for positioning the fault source precisely. Finally, the bottom events with higher probability will be obtained. The case analysis results show that the method gives a direct guiding significance for fault diagnosis of aero-engine, but also has a positive role for improving the reliability of the system.

Abstract: Currently, parts stress method is the most suitable and practical method for smart meters reliability prediction. This paper establishes the components’ failure rate model, selects parameters based on SR-332 handbook, analyzes the major factors which affect the components and meters reliability prediction results, and proposes the improvement measure to enhance the reliability of smart meters.

Abstract: In this paper, current loop and speed loop for analysis, design a permanent magnet synchronous motor PMSM servo system. The system does not need to establish a precise mathematical model, the interference can be generated during the operation of the system, the errors always compensated, fast response, with better dynamic characteristics and location tracking capabilities, Matlab simulation results verify the correctness of the system design.

Abstract: Compared to current technologies, the advantages of the include : realizing the each and every terminal equipment's control and communication of the application of IoT on gas meter control system. Through the connection of IoT, the connection between the control terminal and gas meter terminal is no longer limited to the point-to-point control. It realizes the remote control of management and price adjustment, internet payment, cash amount settlement on the terminal gas meters, avoiding gas hoarding caused by the gas purchase volume calculation.

Abstract: Uncertainties elevator group control systems are analyzed first in this paper according to the fuzzy control theory and characteristics of the elevator group control system. Then, simulation model of elevator group control system is built using fuzzy inference system with Matlab. Operation of elevator group control system based on fuzzy control system is shown by simulation.

Abstract: In order to get the relationship between the concentration of textile dyeing and the three stimulus values, we analyze the experimental data by controlling variables, and set up a linear model between the concentration of textile dyeing and the three stimulus values. Match the dye weight concentration by this model and the three stimulus values of a sample piece of cloth, and then compare the real value of the dye weight concentration with the predictive one. The experimental results show that the concentration of textile dyeing by controlling the dye weight concentration is closed to the true values. So this model can meet actual production requirements.

Abstract: The mathematical model of the ship autopilot system is established which centering on marine hydraulic steering gear, based on the Nomoto ship motion model, and considered the influence of wind, wave, flow and other environmental factors on ship course angle. Depend on this model, the physical-digital hybrid simulation autopilot simulator is developed. This simulator has all of the operating functions of the ship steering system, it can not only simulate the turbine engine working scenarios, but also dynamically display the operation process, and the simulator is applicable to the ship track control research and crew training work.
