Abstract: This paper proposes to develop method for disruption mechanism analysis of supply chain systems against information propagate fluctuation, information distortion and non recurrent disasters,with an objective of achieving recognition of supply chain disruption mechanism and control efficiency. Disruption knowledge structure preferences will be modeled and evaluated under different types of supply chain scenarios. A hierarchical temporal memory modeling framework incorporating various measures is established, which can be used to better understand the effects of disruption preferences on supply chain planning, and to find a robust solution against disruption scenarios. Simulation includes supply chain disruption management using past disruption scenario of individual phases data will be carried out for HTM training and testing analysis of model parameters. A key feature of this proposed research distinguishing itself from most existing studies is the integration of hierarchical temporal memory technology and the disruption management of the entire supply chain.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the formula for calculating the velocity and scatter radius of water mist droplets after detonation. Through establishing model, calculating by the formula and simulation of theoretical model, the reasons of deviation between calculation and simulation results were found out. In order to make theoretical calculation more accurate and applicable, new formula was created by introducing correction factors.

Abstract: With the thorough development of electronic government affairs , the key point of the study has been the electronic government affairs in the county regions. This paper will start with the characteristics of electronic government affairs in the county regions , grasp the core of electronic government affairs which is taking the public as the center, and put forward an evaluating model of public satisfaction in county electronic government affairs. Then with the basis of this indicator , a questionnaire survey will be conducted. And finally with the practical data , the AHP method will be adopted to carry out an empirical study on public satisfaction of electronic government affairs.

Abstract: This paper focuses on scraps of paper splicing recovery issues. To deal with complex scraps restoration problem, first the image should be changed as pixel grey level binary image, generating binary matrix, and then classify the scraps using SOM neural network data and feature comparison method. Combining with the Euclidean distance discriminant method, we match the scraps of paper with same edges and obtain a complete stitching schematic finally.

Abstract: A uncorrelated adaptive discriminant linear local tangent space alignment (UDALLTSA) is proposed based on improved linear local tangent space alignment algorithm. The algorithm uses an adaptive neighborhood selection to select the appropriate neighborhood, and introduces curvature to amend the model, modifies the constraints of the objective function by use inter-class scatter matrix, and constraints on basis vectors to compute the best projection matrix. By comparing the results of the experiments, it shows that after integrating the discriminant information into the algorithm , uncorrelated constraints and adaptive neighborhood selection can well improve the recognition rate and robustness, thus, possessing good noise immunity, and eliminating redundant information of base vectors, make this fusion algorithm a supervised learning algorithm.

In order to manage and utilize telecommunication network resources more effectively, aiming at the shortage of the resource management of telecom network management system, through the study the concept of the shared information data (SID) model in the new generation of telecom operation support system (NGOSS) , according to the characteristics of the telecommunications network resources, telecommunications network resource model with object-oriented approach is proposed and designed. Meanwhile, Combined with telecommunication network business resource model to illustrate the mechanism of telecom network resource by users applications in network management system. Experiments have proved that resource model can provide powerful support for complex network management.

Abstract: Since the morphology, performance and functionality of the terminal of each WoT system are not the same, it would have a great impact on the general design of middleware and specific functions. This article polymerized common technologies of middleware and defined a common set of requirements. Thus it improved the ability of each heterogeneous device in the network, reduced the cost of application development, and improved the development efficiency.

Abstract: In order to cope with the increasing size of the training corpus and adapt to the requirements of incremental learning, this paper introduces a feature selection algorithm of maximum entropy model into the research of Chinese word segmentation technology, designs and implements a Chinese word segmentation system based on incremental learning. The experimental results show that the system gradually improves the segmentation accuracy in the incremental learning process which without wasting time to restudy.
