Abstract: Focused on the issue of establishing data warehouse in data mining study, the study also considered the current situation of researches into dynamic plan recognition. This paper aims to enhance the performance of PSO in complex optimization problems and proposes an improved PSO variant by incorporating a novel mutation operator. The results obtained extend and improve the corresponding theorem for independent identically distributed random variables sequence.

Abstract: Compared with the traditional multi-link and variable compression ratio mechanism, the new engine had compact styling and lower designed costs. There are many factors that can affect the engine network performance, such as delay, packet loss and capacity utilization. Application examples show that, this system can significantly improve the efficiency of aerodynamic design. Compare the kinematics function with the new design with the prototype 250 engine and the traditional multi-link and variable compression ratio mechanism by using the virtual simulation software MSC-Adams. The contrast result suggested that the new design had higher combustion efficiency and charging efficiency than the prototype engine.

Abstract: In order to make full use of texture features of image when fusing images, and taking into account the inherent advantages of fractal theory in this respect, a novel image fusion algorithm, which has been applied to large foreign spacecraft already, but late start and only limited to configurations and steering law study in China. Based on the needs of agility small satellites, this article explained the method of SGCMG principle prototype design and proposed the influence on SGCMG output torque precision generated by time accumulation error first time. This article provided a new idea for future SGCMG project development and had good reference value for SGCMG research.

Abstract: This paper presented the key techniques development of motor/generator (M/G) for the FES system in recent years, and summarized the latest developments of three machines such as: induction machine (IM), reluctance machine (RM) and permanent magnet machine (PMM) including traditional structure PMM and Halbach structure PMM, which now widely used in the FES system. Ultra smooth surface polishing techniques are the important part in the ultra precision machining system. The new ultra-precision polishing instrument which fit for the precision polishing in the elbow’s internal surface has been researched in this paper. The polishing instrument is a sphere which performs rotating-jet polishing and flexibly dragged by the string. The simulation result has proved that the polishing instrument can polish the internal surface of the elbow and achieve the purpose of the improving roughness of the internal surface.

Abstract: Aiming at the limitations of traditional wavelet de-noising, multi-wavelet can possess symmetry, orthogonality, short support and high order vanish moments. However traditional single wavelet cannot possess all these properties at the same time. Analyze the principles of multi-wavelet method and the algorithm for image de-noising. The results prove that, multi-wavelet prior knowledge requirements for image signal is low, the suppression of noise interference at the same time. But it can preserve a more complete the useful signal.

Abstract: Free flight is a method to resolve airspace congestion problem, but raise safety problem. In this paper, with the influence of wind and the presence of positioning error, the model of conflict detection based on particle filter algorithm is presented. According to the flight kinematic model with the influence of random factors, the target trajectory is generated. The particle filter algorithm is used for estimating the real flight trajectory. The flight collision risk probability is calculated. By simulation calculation, the conflict detection with particle filter algorism improves the accuracy of collision risk probability estimation. The results show that the particle filter conflict detection algorithm reduces the estimation and conflict detection error caused by random perturbation. The method can be applied to identify conflict in the early stage in the study of flight free flight.

Abstract: Technology of RFID has been widely used in modern warehouse system, with which systems’ working efficiency was improved and error rate was reduced. This paper is aimed at providing a new warehouse operation procedure which take technology of RFID into concern. The new warehouse operation procedure is implemented using the Petri net method which is suitable to the needs of the system being a discrete event dynamical system.
