Abstract: According to the research on analysis software of X fluorescent spectrum under the Linux system, a new algorithm of X fluorescence analyzer has been brought up: use the method of energy dispersive X fluorescence analysis, based on the software that can analyze the material composition under the control of ARM - Linux touch screen. This paper fixes on developing software of X fluorescence analyzer; realize the collection and analysis of multi-channel spectrum data, data storage, sample analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the on-site samples, and the research and implementation of corresponding algorithm.

Abstract: This paper studied the principle of Bluetooth image printing technique. Based on the ESC/POS command, the function of image printing via android Bluetooth application was established and a practicable APP software was developed. The APP can link to the micro printer via Bluetooth by using Bitmap class, Canvas class to convert the selected image, including transformation, zooming, saving and finally generate a printable binary string streams based on the pixel, and send it to micro printer to print it.

Abstract: In this paper, we focuse on the study of parameter optimization problem of the uniform scalar dead zone quantizer (USDZQ).We used particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm and ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm for the optimization. We used the two kinds of optimization algorithm for ECG signal coding test.Those ECG signals were from the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. At the end of this paper, the results of compression are compared.

Abstract: Artificial bee colony algorithm is a new meta heuristic bionic algorithm.Each bee can be viewed as an agent in the algorithm.Through the swarm synergies between the individual achieve the effect of swarm intelligence.Based on the analysis on the principle of bees gather honey,the process of solving functional optimization is converted into the process of swarm finding rich food sources,then we can solve the function.With the arrival of 4G Era,Base station construction is the most crucial step of the mobile communication network popularization, its significance and role should not be underestimated.How to realize the optimization of communication base station construction costs has been the research focus of the mobile service operator and colleges and universities.The artificial bee colony algorithm is applied to solve the optimal solution of base station construction scheme in this paper,which is very critical reference for decision in real base station construction.

Abstract: Using the theory with respect to the existence of holomorphic solutions to a singular ordinary differential equation in the complex domain, this paper shows how to constructs biholomorphic trans-formations in different cases to reduce partial differential equations with singularity at the origin to more simple forms.

Abstract: Due to the special nature of energy environmental protection industry, staff loss is very common in energy environmental protection enterprises, especially in the middle-high level class. Through building evolutionary game model based on the problem of employee turnover between employees and enterprises, we find out that the reason of the flow of talents in energy environmental protection enterprises is that the payment and promotion prospects after resign is better than before. In order to prevent the excessive flow of the talents, energy environmental protection enterprises should moderately improve the remuneration of its staffs, develop employees' promotion space and improve the breach penalty of those initiative employees.

Abstract: Apriori algorithm is a classical algorithm for association rules mining. But the algorithm must be connect repeatly and operate steps layer by layer to find frequent item sets. To overcome the shortcomings of Apriori algorithm, relational database language SQL is used proceed from the higher-order item sets and compute the support of item set to find frequent item sets in this paper. The solution process eliminates a large number of duplicate items produced by the connection from low-dimensional to high-dimensional in the traditional process. The calculation is simplified and efficiency improved.

Abstract: In this paper, we mainly explore how to design and implement the user interfaces of Electricity Operation Information System based on Android. The paper extends its process as the following four aspects---requirements analysis, UI design, interaction design and programmatic implementation. In response to user actions fluidly and friendly, we add modules to handle exceptions. In the end, we give a briefly test on the system UI to ensure it run smoothly and make less mistakes. There are limited studies focusing on the flow design of UI combined with programmatic implementation. The UI design and implementation methodology has good reference at the early stage of developing an application, especially on Android platforms.

Abstract: In this paper, we proposed a layer segmentation based compression algorithm for gray images. Image textures and some high frequency noise are described in a high frequency layer while the coarse part of the image is included in the low frequency layer. A mixed dictionary and sparse coding is applied for high frequency layer coding and the low frequency layer is coded using the traditional wavelets based coding system. The results show that the proposed scheme achieves better rate-distortion performance compared with several competing compression system. Furthermore, in the sparse coding part, some edge-related atoms are added in the dictionary and a high sparseness factor is set for the edge blocks, making more accurate approximations for edges. We avoid further degradation of edges caused by compression.
