Abstract: For products, the structure determines function; appearance form aesthetic; and the two co-exist to achieve the perfect unity of function and aesthetics, but in fact, the structure is largely affects the product shape. In this paper, classified the product structure according to function, analyzed the impact of the typical structural design to the shape of product, and also pointed out that the development of science and technology and material choice are also an important factor in the structure design, thereby affected the design of the product styling. By analyzing, it elaborated fully the impact of structural design and its importance in the product design, and provided one practical way of thinking.

Abstract: This paper modeling the piston ring of a new double-rotor engine based on the analysis, use Matlab program some code and woke out the numerical solution of the model,analyze the change of the gas leakage in the condition of different gas-room volume, different opening area, different spindle rotational speed, which provide strong evidence for improving sealing of the new double-rotor engine and ameliorating sealing design.

Abstract: In this paper, Wind turbines knowledge, which is already matured enough, is effectively used for design of horizontal axis tidal turbine (HATT) hub. Design optimization keeping in view the shape and strength for minimum weight was done using ANSYS software. Maximum stress concentration areas are found to be the blade roots and edges of shaft connection. A novel approach is used to optimize the fillet radii along with overall thickness.

Abstract: Owing to the satellite signal strengths of GNSS is so low that it is interfered with powerful signal, that how to effectively resist interference is becoming a problem.In this paper,first LCMV algorithm based on the power-inversion adaptive array is deduced from theory in certain mathematical model ,what’s more ,for avoiding computing the inverse of matrix, LCMV algorithm is improved and then is verified through the Matlab-simulation .Last,the hardware design is given for the realization of this algorithm.

Abstract: Aimed at the structure limitation of tandem following warhead, a variable-structure following warhead which can be transformed from series to parallel was proposed. The following process of the variable-structure was simulated by numerical simulation method, and the advantages in reaming and aftereffect was proved, which provided new ideas for the design of the following warhead.

Abstract: By analyzing the shipboard missile vertical launching system (VLS), we simplified the assembly model and reconstructed it with mathematical methods, established the clearance parameter and deviation angle mathematical formulas. In considering of the assembly errors of guide rail in missile vertical launcher system, we studied assembly clearance parameters effects on the system at first. And then established dynamic simulation model, researched the relationship between assembly clearance parameters and missile launching status. At last, used the above relationship model and conclusions, developed a prototype simulation method, and provided the foundation and guidance for design of missile vertical launching system.

Abstract: Using large finite element analysis (FEA) software ANSYS, the stress-magnetization effect on 20# steel specimens with different shape notches is simulated under the geomagnetic field and tensile load. With the stimulation, the magnetic flux leakage fields at certain positions of the surface specimen were measured. Through analysis the relationship between the magnetic flux leakage fields of certain points with tensile stress, the results showed that the magnetic field value at certain positions of specimen surface first decreases and then increases along with the increase of stress, which is called magnetization reversal phenomenon; Different gaps and different positions of the specimen show different magnetization reversal rules; By measuring the maximal variation of the magnetic field value △Hmax at certain positions of the surface specimen and by analyzing its change law, we can roughly estimate specimen stress size and distribution regularity of stress. Moreover, this article also discusses the effect of lifts-off of the probe on the law of stress magnetization.

Abstract: Based on ARM Cortex-M3 processor LM3S2948 as the core of the vehicle terminal and used enhanced 8051 MCU STC12C5A60S2 as the core of the control board of the electronic seal, an electronic seal terminal for tank vehicles is designed. Combined the control board with the vehicle terminal to achieve the tank vehicles ports’ open and close, the communication between control board and vehicle terminal accomplish the control of ports, the 3G network communication between vehicle terminal and the central server accomplish the data’s up and down. This paper, began with the hardware design of electronic seal terminal, put forward the flow chart of the software design of electronic seal terminal, as well as the communication protocol between vehicle terminal and control board and the communication protocol between vehicle terminal and central server.

Abstract: For the technical requirements of a domestic enterprise to develop a new generation of self-loading container truck products, this paper creatively puts forward a set of suitable reduction standards for special structure. Based on ANSYS and Visual Studio 2008 platform, the parametric modeling and automatic analysis of side loader container structure are achieved independently. Several operating conditions, such as stacking, self-loading and unloading etc. can be analyzed rapidly and automatically. The research achievement can be not only used for the conceptual design stage of forward design process, but also applied in the modification of the original structure, thus effectively shortening the product design cycle, reducing design cost, providing useful guidance for independent research of domestic enterprise.

Abstract: In this paper, the design of a automobile tension bar analysis example, the use of sensitivity analysis of time-varying reliability robust optimal design tension bar design parameters for reliability sensitivity analysis shows that the reliability of the impact of the strength of the material and rod diameter is positive, and the reliability of the impact of the load and rod diameter is negative. Correct application of time-varying reliability robust optimal design of mechanical parts when variant reliability robust optimization design, design service at any time during the period were not sensitive to changes of the design parameters of the reliability of the parts, and improve the parts reliability soundness.
