Abstract: Methods and techniques of diagnostic activities have changed in last years thanks to the significant modernization of accessible hardware and software tools. In the area of usability of the technologies of augmented reality the possible innovation lies in utilization of current telecommunication devices which integrate displaying and recording unit, mini-computer and the device for location checking. The paper conceptually describes the possibilities for using of common smart-phones for purposes of detailed diagnostic of manufacturing devices and production process in the environment of engineering praxis.

Abstract: Modern methods and modern equipments of diagnostic technology are based on applications of the latest methods of information science and technology. Therefore the diagnostic technology is currently one of the most important factors of reliability. It follows the disorder manifestations of machines and equipments. It enables business firms to optimize the costs of production fluency, its safety and quality of final products. In the article the using of technical diagnostic tools is described for monitoring the behavior of production systems and equipments.

Abstract: Monitoring of production process as a whole is currently possible with the progressive forms of computer simulation and displaying. The paper describes conceptual solution of improved diagnostic mapping of production process with use of the technology of augmented reality. The solution presents the powerful tool for visualization of diagnostic data useful mainly in the area of inspection, control and management of production operation.

Abstract: The paper dealt with surface micro-geometry and influence on generation of unwanted vibrations of bearing units in textile machinery. Any deviation of ideal shape of contact surface of shaft and inner bearing ring considerably influence the shape of bearing rolling race. The dimension and geometry accuracy of shaft is very important for intended lifetime, operating speed and mounting of bearing. Moreover, paper evaluates dependency of dimension and geometry shaft accuracy on bearing lifetime according to experimental measuring.

Abstract: The automation of hydro-erosion manufacturing processes comes to increase the demands on engineering works in the preparation of production, at shortening of deadlines for implementation of scientific knowledge into practice, at the design of production processes and at the economization in production processes. This process is associated with extensive utilisation of mathematical methods, using of computational procedures for specific tasks and at the utilisation of methodology of mathematics for methods of formulating solutions. During the solving of problem, there is mostly used: operational analysis, set theory, theory of structures, theory of algorithms and languages.

Abstract: The characterization of steel microstructures is an important tool for metallurgists as mechanical properties are controlled by microstructural parameters such as grain size, phase balance and precipitates. This paper describes a model of the phase transformation of tool steel CSN 41 9436. Each of the experimental data was observed by electromagnetic sensor. The mathematic model was developed for an optimizing of tool steel heat treatment. The model was developed from one experiment and next experiments were for an evaluation of the model. A model can be satisfactory used for graphical form of the austenite phase transformation.

Degradation Process in Area of Connecting Metal Sheets by Adhesive Bonding Technology in Agrocomplex
Abstract: From the production essence point of view the necessity to create constructional bonds comes into being. In the sphere of connecting thin metal sheets it is suitable to apply the adhesive bonding technology. A significant branch is an agricultural production which is distinguished for many very degradable environments. The aim of experiment is to study and experimentally verify the degradation processes influence running in the adhesive bonds. The interval of the exposition of the adhesive bonds to the degradation environment was 0, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 weeks. Secondarily, the influence of various contaminants on a rise of the corrosion at the constructional carbon steel S235J0 was evaluated. Another aim is to determine by means of statistical methods ANOVA an influence agreement of single liquid contaminants types based on industrial and mineral fertilizers (Ammonium sulphate, NPK, DAM and Slurry).

Abstract: The paper deals with statistical methods application to the evaluation of the relationships between the investigation range of input factors and response in longitudinal turning process. Our research was aimed at creation of the model of real situations of cutting conditions effects on the machined surface morphology applying longitudinal turning of steel C45 with specific values. Design of experiments (DoE) have increasingly had a wider application when creation mathematical and statistical models of technological processes. So the main part of the paper is to demonstrate the procedure of statistical processing of experimentally obtained data in order to create a prediction model and compare it with the theoretical calculation formulas.

Abstract: This paper is focused on an emphasis of the preventive maintenance effect on reliable and safe operation of technological equipment, in view of technical diagnostics. Problems of the boroscopy as a diagnostics method providing fast information acquiring of inner parts of technological equipment turbomachinery RB211 DLE assembled in combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) in selected company [. Observations were focused on high pressure axial compressor, being the main part of monitored technological system. From quality point of view the paper provides new perspective of internal inspection of technological equipment covering possible damages locating and qualifying of qualitative characteristics of equipment inner parts. The problems solved were based on particular practice demands and it reflects state-of-art in concerned scientific field [.
