Abstract: Article discusses the diagnosis and control of the operation of artificial muscle with the ability to predict a steady state actuator arm. This can prevent disrepair and provides diagnostics dynamics shoulders. The article contains information about the function and basic properties of the actuator based on pneumatic artificial muscles. The article presents the measurement results of the response of the actuator arm displacement depending on the input pulse. This dependence enables artificial muscles to be better adjusted to the needs of a practical operation.

Abstract: The paper presents and analyzes the experimental research results of impact in abrasive mass flow changes and sieving on technological head vibrations while cutting steel HARDOX 500 using the water jet technology. Vibrations were quantified by two basic parameters (vibrations frequency and vibrations acceleration amplitude). The experiments evaluation contains graphical dependence sets of vibrations acceleration amplitude on frequency, set of frequency spectrum envelopes and comparative graphs of frequency spectrum envelopes based on which new knowledge and recommendations have been created.

Abstract: Article deals with the design of module walking robot. When designing a walking robot construction is an important to choose correct structure of the body and legs. In practice, are mostly used constructions with the numbers of feet two, four and six. Selected variant was subsequently analyzed and optimized and was assigned appropriate material. Based on the measurements and the subsequent comparison of the results was designed suitable actuators for selected modes of motion.

Abstract: Nonconventional actuators based on the pneumatic artificial muscles can be used in manipulators mainly for their lower energy consumption and higher performance at lower weight. In the paper there are compared the dynamic operating characteristics of the antagonistic actuator with the pneumatic artificial muscles obtained by simulation of the different muscle models in Matlab / Simulink environment with the real measured data on the experimental actuator. The results of these simulations and measurements confirmed highly nonlinear operating characteristics of such actuator and also right approach to the design of the actuator model using different muscle models.

Abstract: The presence of water in the engine lubrication system is supposed to be a significant factor, which causes engine corrosion. Atomic spectrometry method and method for water content determination were applied for the detection of corrosion. Rotating disc electrode optical emission spectrometry (RD OES) is a method used to determine the concentration of 21 chemical elements in used lubricating oil in 30 seconds. In the used oil the concentration of Fe, Cu and Sn was monitored because these elements are indicators of bearing wear. The elements were analyzed using Conostan S-21 organo metallic calibration standards. The precision of the method was verified by calculating RSD for n = 3, the values of which are for Fe, Cu and Sn less than 7 %. Accuracy of measurement was verified by measuring standard reference material NIST 1084a. Karl Fischer volumetric method was used for the determination of water content in used lubricating oils with precision less than 1 %. The obtained reference material 34849 HYDRANAL-Water Standard 10.0, which is traceable to NIST SRM 2890 for determination of water content by Karl Fischer method, was analyzed for accuracy purposes.

Abstract: Complex quality evaluation of manufacturing and control process is based on assessment of capability of measuring equipment. Substantiation of measuring equipment capability is evoked by constantly growing need to prove suitability of chosen inspection method from a view of global approach to inspection process. The contribution described evaluation of capability of digital indicator within its entire measuring range (0 to 12.7 mm) by the means of measurement equipment index Cgm and Measurement equipment index Golden Device Cgmk. Evaluation of capability of the given measuring equipment digital indicator Mitutoyo was carried out by repeated measurements of standards with dimensions representing lower, middle and upper range of the measuring instrument at given accuracy of measuring equipment 2μm.

Abstract: The article deals with the issue of ensuring the reliability of aircraft engines operation via hydraulic fluids properties monitoring. There are presented the results of the hydraulic fluid Aero Shell Fluid 41 (ASF 41) properties evaluation in the hydraulic system of a double-flow turbosupercharged aircraft engine AI-25TL. In the hydraulic fluid, there were observed the quantity and distribution of mechanical particles according to their size in accordance with the ISO Cleanliness Code, ISO 4406.There was also determined kinematic viscosity according to the standard EN ISO 3104+AC. FTIR analysis of the infrared spectrum was used to determine the degradation degree of the hydraulic fluid physical-chemical properties.

Abstract: This paper deals with the structure of individual controlled components of the solar system, which is constituted by one of the blocks of the entire heating system of the object. In the introduction of the article, there is briefly characterized the system in a real-time mode. Such systems have to satisfy different requirements due to which they differ from conventional systems. There are several kinds of real-time systems, each of which has its own characteristics highlighted in this contribution. Subsequently, the interconnection of the control system with all blocks of a multivalent laboratory is shown schematically. Of all these blocks, a block of the solar system is described in detail, which, among other things, consists of the installed sensors that provide a control system with the necessary information so that it could then give the command to perform the desired task in response to an event in the system environment. These tasks performing is bounded by a time limit. Non compliance with a time limit would result in incorrect operation of the system, i.e. its degradation from the user's aspect.

Abstract: This paper shows the groundwork of correct interval of lubrication the bearing and its impact on the operating and technical status. The method of monitoring vibration in frequency range from 0 to 200 Hz was selected for determining the technical state of bearing. The bearing was monitored and lubricated every month during the half an year except one month.
