Abstract: This paper studied the impact of free cash flow and capital structure on the performance of the company. It is based on the theories of the free cash flow and the capital structure, combined with the actual situation of China, using different property listed corporations’ sample, makes an empirical study on the impact of free cash flow and capital structure on the performance of the company. The result shows that on the one hand, having more free cash flow will cause negative effects on the performance of corporation, on the other hand, with the increase in liabilities financing, the listed corporation's performance fall.

Abstract: This article simply reviewed the carbon emission situation in Hebei province from 1996 to 2011, and tried to use environmental Kuznets curve to analysis the impact of the economic growth of CO2 emissions on the energy consumption. The regression results show that CO2 emissions and economic growth in line with the environmental Kuznets curve inverted U-shaped, but it is in the left hemisphere of the curve, namely, as the growth of the economy, the CO2 emissions will continue to increase, so the carbon emission reduction work in Hebei province is still very heavy, we should change the energy consumption situation actively in the environment, adjust the industrial structure, develop new technology vigorously, and promote the innovation of emission reduction.

Abstract: The industrial economy in developed countries developed rapidly,so as to the tire industries,which have made the huge progress.The tire industries in developed countries are better than developing countries,both of the industrial scale and strength. In this paper, took the developed countries as the main studying objects, based on describing the developing situation of tire industry,analyzed its tendency that the declining of industrial concentration , investing in developing countries, product competition strategy converting from traditional tires to green tires, and increasing of recycling rate of waste tires.

Abstract: In order to explore the deep internal cause of frequent occurrence of coal mine disasters in new era, firstly the paper has studied current situation of “institutional walls, equipment idle” in Chinese township coals by behavioral economics. And then, we analyzed cognitive dissonance of speculative psychology by cultural psychology in the course of passive safety investment. The results show that just relying on the infinite increase of rewards and punishments regulation system cannot effectively make them take active safety investment in the new period of economic development. Our study highlights the importance of mutual construction of psychological and social cultural in the preventing coal mine disaster.
