Abstract: Mechanical expanding is widely used in production of large diameter submerged-arc welding pipes. To improve welded pipe quality, it is necessary to analysis deformation characteristic of mechanical expanding forming process. So, mechanical expanding is analyzed using finite element method..
Taking the expanding of X80 steel Φ1219mm×22mm×12000mm welding pipe for instance, the mechanical expanding forming process is simulated by finite element (FE) code ABAQUS. In this paper, the simulation data is validated by experiments and a comparison showed a good agreement with experiments results. The deformation characteristic of mechanical expanding is discussed. Thus, the result of research provides a basis to improve welded pipe quality.

Abstract: Crimping is widely used in production of large diameter submerged-arc welding pipes. In crimping process, mould is one of the main factors which influences the quality of forming and should be considered at the stage of designing the forming die and process. So, Effects of mould on crimping is researched using finite element method.

Abstract: Mechanical expanding is widely used in production of large diameter submerged-arc welding pipes. The pipe is circumferentially expanded to obtain a highly circular shape. But the crack of the metal material often happens under the action of the expanding load. To analysis this problem, it is necessary to analysis the distribution of stress in mechanical expanding forming process. So, mechanical expanding is analyzed using finite element method.

Abstract: JCO forming is one of manufacture mode widely used in production of large diameter submerged-arc welding pipes, in which JCO forming process is progressive multi-step air bending. In order to design technical parameters, it is necessary to analysis effects of technical parameters on springback in air bending of JCO forming. So, sensitivity analysis of technical parameters on springback in air bending of JCO forming is carried out using finite element method.

Abstract: In view of the superiority of support vector machine and the fault characteristic of diesel engine, a classify method for diesel engine fault based on support vector machine is presented in this paper. First the cylinder block vibration signal on different condition was measured by the simulation test of diesel engine fuel injection system fault, then the feature parameter was extracted by empirical mode decomposition and the most impactful parameter was selected to be the input of support vector machine. The result shows that this method has fine classified ability and precision.

Abstract: Video-based bus passenger collection is considered to have a greater potential for counting passengers, but the difficulty lies in how to solve the problem of accurately tracking and determining the direction of the moving target under the complex state of motion. The traditional target detection algorithm, like frame subtraction and edge detection, is very difficult to deal with the situation of immediate multi-objective. Based on image preprocessing, an algorithm about intelligent video multi-target tracking and traffic statistics is designed aiming at the above-mentioned situation. The core contents in this paper includes: the grid-density clustering and line segment clustering, extraction and segmentation target connected domain that is handled to be a circular, tracking the motion vector of target feature point, finally ,achieving accurate statistics on the number of people getting on and off. Experiments show that this algorithm can effectively track more people simultaneously and the bus traffic statistical accuracy achieves the goal.

Abstract: When researching on target tracking in the on or off line video, using a variety of methods such as MeanShift, Camshaft’s, feature points and optical flow algorithm. MeanShift target tracking algorithm is introduced in this paper. Firstly, tracking object is selected by human-computer interaction. Then color feature histogram is obtained using RGB color information, and color distribution probability image is got by converting color feature histogram. Finally, by comparing the probability difference of color distribution of the adjacent frames, motion directions of the object’s center are obtained, which object can be effectively tracked.

Abstract: The noise of communication equipment mounted on Vehicle is one of important factors affecting equipment efficiency. Active Noise Control (ANC) technology is applied to noise reduction of the equipment, and a noise reduction mathematics model is built based on accurate noise measurement. An approach to reduce noise based on first-order differential microphone (FDM) array and ANF technology is proposed, which collects and evaluates environmental noise precisely to enhance voice. This approach improves the conversation effects and realizes full fidelity of voice transmission.

Abstract: This paper studies the frequent subgraph query issues on graph data set. Combining with the approach that frequent subtree extend to frequent subgraphs proposed by Xian-Tong Li, we propose a new algorithm. This algorithm improved its storage structure avoiding direct subgraph isomorphism judgment, reduced the stability requirements on graph set, and enchanced the overall efficiency of the algorithm.

Abstract: Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), which integrates wireless communication, sensor, network and embedded technologies, is a new data collection network system. It is a new information acquisition and processing technology. Because WSN can operate in a wireless environment, it can be deployed in areas inaccessible to human beings or difficult to install wired network. It has been widely applied in many areas such as medical, transportation and military thanks to its robustness. The new design of embedded wireless sensor network has resolved the issues of limited monitoring area and difficult control management. The test results indicate that this new design of the embedded wireless sensor network is capable of real-time control management in an expanded monitoring area.
