Abstract: With the rapid development of power industry, the load rate which describes the power characteristics is playing a more and more important role, this paper uses the grey correlation analysis to find the relationship between the load rate and the influence factors based on the historical data of the load rate influence factors and analyzes the weight of each influence factor quantitatively through the grey correlation coefficient so as to reflect the influence degree of different factors on load rate, meanwhile, through the analysis of various influencing factors of load rate, this paper hopes to clarify its effects on the load rate which includes strength, size and the order and help the power grid enterprise choose the key factors influencing the load rate which provide a basis for the future to improve the load rate.

Abstract: Fuzzy clustering analysis method is one of the most widely used fuzzy mathematics method, applied in various fields of social life. In this paper, it researches the method of fuzzy clustering analysis and its application in college enrollment plan based on the fuzzy set theory, we choose a university admissions situation as statistical indicators 30 provinces (cities) in the country in 2011, similarity matrix is established by the method of maximum minimum, the direct clustering method is used for clustering analysis. On the basis of detailed analysis, the results show that fuzzy clustering analysis method for the college enrollment plan makes scientific and rational analysis, and has very good guidance, strong practicability.

Abstract: By using inverse grating technology, improving the design of data input module in virtual welding system. We analyzed and accomplished the method of data input, taking into account the weldment needs to make a dynamic changes in the welding process, we design the static and dynamic data input modules. Through running some instances of the program, we have proved that, with the corresponding improvement of the inverse grating technology, the design of data input module in the virtual welding system has achieved good result.

Abstract: Airlines aircraft emergency dispatch affects the operation efficiency and flight benefits in emergency situation. The system operations control center (SOC) of airlines must generate the best dispatching solutions to make a rational organization for surplus aircraft. On the basis of considering aircraft plan regulations and cost, the research construct surplus aircraft dispatching model, using heuristic pretreatment method to generate surplus aircraft routings for reducing the solution space and decreasing the original algorithm complexity. It presents an approach on hybrid simulated annealing algorithm to solve the aircraft dispatching problem. The specific instance at the end of the paper verifies the algorithm generate practical surplus aircraft solutions for airlines in the acceptable time.

Abstract: There are a lot of advantages for the traditional LMS algorithm, such as being simple in structure, being good in stability and so on, but this algorithm has defects that its computational complexity increases rapidly with the order of the adaptive filter. In order to apply the LMS algorithm to the adaptive jamming cancellation system, real time of the LMS algorithm must be improved. This paper deals with the signal which segmented into several areas, utilizes the FFT technology to achieve the blocked algorithm, and finally brings variable step-size method into the new algorithm. The high efficiency of the new algorithm is verified by simulation results.

Abstract: This paper is concerned with the development of new adaptive nonlinear Kalman estimators which incorporate nonlinear model errors and noise statistical characteristic errors. With the adoption of fictitious noise compensation technique and actual non-divergent computation method, the new filters are aimed at compensating the nonlinear dynamics as well as the system modeling errors by adaptively estimating the noise statistics and unknown parameters. The performance of the proposed adaptive estimators is demonstrated using six-state with varying model parameters as a simulation example.

Abstract: With the explosive growth of medical data, the new method of data mining is applied now. Data mining has provided knowledge, rules and decision for the whole medical database or the integration of medical information. This paper uses an improved Apriori algorithm to analyze the characteristics of medical data and find knowledge in medical data. This algorithm improves the efficiency and reduces the hardware requirement.

Abstract: The low-carbon city evaluation has great significance to promote the urban construction management and sustainable development of city. In order to establish a suitable low-carbon city evaluation method to measure the performance of low-carbon city planning and construction, based on the index system of low-carbon city evaluation in the Pressure Status Response (PSR) framework, an integrated algorithm for low-carbon city evaluation combining BP neural network with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is proposed. Furthermore, the possible ways for optimization have been discussed. The model and algorithm have the following properties: rapid, flexible and feasible.

Abstract: In this paper, an algorithm based ant colony approach (ACA) is designed to find the optimal configuration for redundancy apportionment problem (RAP) of series-parallel multi-state system (MSS). In order to achieve maximum system reliability under cost and performance constraints, the algorithm takes advantage of ACA’s combinatorial optimization, uses heuristic information about reliability to arrange components from available choice. Different from traditional nominal performance and reliability system, universal generating function (UGF) is introduced and used to estimate the multi-state system reliability. Finally the experiment has shown that the presented algorithm can provide optimal and near optimal solutions, and have efficient and convenient calculation performance.
