Abstract: The purpose of power load forecasting is to provide the development status and level of the region's future load, providing the basis for the electric power production department and management department to make production and development plans. This paper puts forward the grey prediction model modified by Fourier series residual. First of all, the moving average method is used to preprocess the original data and weaken the burr of the original data. Secondly, the GM (1, 1) is used to estimate the load of the selected sample area. On this basis, use the Fourier series to revise the residual error of the grey forecasting model, making the model fitting of historical data as much as possible. The example analysis results show that the grey prediction model modified by Fourier series residual has the higher prediction accuracy compared with the general GM (1,1), proving the validity of the model.

Abstract: Analyze and derive the relationship of each electrical quantity of the single-end fault location algorithm and present a fault location formula of two-end fault location algorithm. Through the simulation research of MATLAB/Simulink, when the fault occurs near in either end of the line, the ranging device near the fault point is adopted, fault distance can be measured with single-ended electrical quantities algorithm, when the fault occurred in near the midpoint of the line, two-end fault location algorithm is chosen to ensure the results’ accuracy higher.

Abstract: The dissertation discussed marine generator synchronous technology, as well as, intelligent on-shore controlling circulation current by means of using reactor to limit circulation current, both of which may realize seamless connection between ship electrical system and shore power; and also demonstrated intelligent FCL all-controlling power electronic device GTO (Gate Turn-off Thyristor) blocking and conducting, that can ensure the rapidity of connecting and disconnecting reactor and notable current limit effect. The dissertation proves the effect of seamless power supply between the port and ship, as a result of simulation model of intelligent FCL on-shore controlling circulation current. And intelligently dealing with electricity bills processing, as well as seamless power supply, which realize marine energy conservation and low-carbon emissions reduction in the port, can ensure to realize uninterruptable power on-shore connection, and at the same time promote the development of intelligent port.

Abstract: An accurate and reliable energy-consumption model is the key to operation optimization and energy-saving diagnosis of thermal power units especially under different operation conditions and boundaries. Conventional mathematical and data-driven modeling methods were overviewed and compared in this paper. A hybrid modeling based on thermodynamic theory and fuzzy rough set (FRS) method was proposed to process the great volume of operation data and describe the energy-consumption behavior of thermal power units. On this basis, the operation optimization was performed with intelligent computation methods to derive the realizable benchmark state with the whole set of operation parameters. The resultant optimum operation state reflects the exterior factors and system behavior, taking practical guidelines for the modeling and optimization of large thermal power units.

Abstract: With Bosch company DV - E5 type throttle as control object,the hardware and software of the control system has been designed based on PID control algorithm. System uses TT89C51 microcontroller as the main control unit, using LMD18200 chip to drive DC motor in the throttle, at the same time, using PCF8591 as the AD conversion chip, using LCD1602 to display the dynamic control parameters. The system control software has been written by C language, The main software modules have been simulated on Proteus, an PID control experimental platform of the electronic throttle has been built, Test and the experiments of the opening degree position control on the throttle have been completed, the experimental results show that the system step response time is about 300ms, the steady-state error is less than 1%, hysteresis and overshoot is not obvious.

Abstract: Energy consumption can be optimized by utilizing dynamic voltage scaling that conjointly adjusts the supply voltage and the operational frequency during the execution of the tasks to effectively minimize the energy. An improved estimation of distribution algorithm is presented for energy saving of the distributed embedded systems that consists of dynamic voltage scalable processing elements. The algorithm evolves computation by using the univariate marginal distribution to search the solution in a discrete space and mapping the solutions into feasible ones stratified the precedence constraint. The algorithm hybridize the genetic algorithm with estimation of distribution algorithm by combines statistically learning and sampling the probability distribution of the population iteratively and the conventional evolutionary operators such as crossover and mutation together. Simulated annealing is utilized to accept some bad solution rather the elite solution to make fully use of the global and local information. Experiments are implemented to demonstrate the performance of the algorithm

Abstract: With the widely application of power control systems and acceleration of the information modernization process of the power industry, the connection between power control system products and information security is closer and closer. This paper, through the analysis of the safety standard on power control systems, the combination with the existing power information system evaluation and the integration of the idea of full life cycle, research on the safe evaluation environment and the standards, processes and contents of evaluation technology in power control systems. It shows that to analysis and application of information security testing evaluation which is based on power control systems is meaningful and necessary.

Abstract: A new ka-band circularly-polarized antenna is presented in this paper, in which a linearly-polarized wave is conversed into a circularly-polarized wave with a circular waveguide polarizer. After simulation and optimization with HFSS (High Frequency Structure Simulator), a compact circularly-polarized antenna is designed with a total height less than 25mm. More simple and easier structure is adopted to achieve a low-profile circularly-polarized antenna.

Abstract: This paper, based on the Retinex Color Constancy Theory, proposes a novel multi-view image correction algorithm, which correction effect is very effective. Histogram equalization,retinex processing and color restoration are performed for multi-view images,and extract reflectance which describe object intrinsic properties to eliminate un-consistent light source influence.The experimental results show that corrected images not only have high color contract,also have consistent color appearance with others.
