Bidding Decision Based on the Multi-Objective Weight Gray Target Model

Abstract:

Based on summarizing the relevant research of domestic and international on the influence factors of international project bidding decision as well as limitations,a comprehensive evaluating index system was built,and then the paper established a bidding plan-selecting method through combing entropy method with multi-objective weighted gray target decision together.In this way,the optimized bidding plan could be selected by computation and comparison. And applied this model to a specific case to illustrate its effectiveness.
