Research of the Big Pitch Rectangular Thread Processing Method

Abstract:

On the basis of the common thread Nc machining in traditional , it established the Nc processing model of T shape and the fangs type.For processing model, to established related calculation equations (1), feed way [Figure 1], the flow of macros data processing[Figure 4], and determined the basic structure and cutting parameter of the program, based on this, completing the Nc machining of T shape and the fangs type, the establishment of the model are given methods to solve similar parts processing.
